This was amazing, how do I begin this journey for myself as a man? I want to grow and learn about myself on these deeper levels and get to know myself. I just don't know where to begin, do I read certain books? Do I talk more with people in my life? All of the above maybe. Anyway thank you guys for this podcast, I really appreciated it.
With self discovery look at your life where do you same patterns what would you like to change what do you want to release ask God for guidance. It always starts with self awareness
Just recently started listening to your interviews. Discovered you through IG reels which led me into watching three of your interviews in the last 2 days . I download dating apps and delete them. Deep inside of me I know I am not ready bc I haven’t spent enough time with myself. Failed relationships and then marriage, the common denominator is me obviously, I seem to attract relationships out of convenience and they are always red flags. These men inherently are very selfish. They may be vulnerable but they are selfish. He spoke of cheating HUNDREDS of times and the conversation continued to flow ABOUT HIM. Ladies please be careful with these types of so called awakened men.

I admired him to be that honest and open. That is not something that he is proud of. But he was a different person then to what he is now. That’s what awakening and healing does for a person. they both share their deepest darkest secrets with the world, other men will learn from open conversations such as these. Surely you have done things in your past that you’re not proud of, we all have, it’s human nature, but it takes a very strong person to openly admit that and by doing so they are helping others to do so also. Peace 💛
