He played pretty well in his rookie season and Davante Adams likes playing with him. In 10 starts, O'Connell averaged 215 yards, 1.2 combined TD's and 0.6 INT per game. That comes out to a full season of 3,655 yards, 20 TD and 10 INT. It was his rookie season and it was not a smooth one with their coaching staff changes. I hope O'Connell starts and finishes with 4,000+ yards and 26+ TD's to solidify himself as the starter moving forward versus paying Dak Prescott over $50M per season.
It would have been nice if Aidan played a whole season. The way he played the last four games was impressive, imagine if that had been the half way point in the season.
