He even lays the noodles perfectly in the bowl before adding the rest of the ingredients- looks very beautiful and tasty. Of all the noodles places I've seen on this channel, I'd like to try this place. Looks wonderful.
it also serves a purpose aside from looking very presentable. it lets all the other ingrindients float above the noodles so that they dont drown in the soup.
Goes to show how much skill there it put into making ramen. An experienced person had the recipe and still had to go through trial and error to get it right. Much respect, thankyou for the video

Look how much pork is in his Ramen! Here in the USA, you don't even get 1 slice. It is 3 tiny pieces of Chashu pork and my Tonkatsu Ramen bowl with pork is $14.00. I want to come to your Ramen shop when I return to Japan!💗

響きが良いですね。30年前…小学生のころ親父に連れていって貰ったなぁ。美味しかったんだよな。今思えば味がどうの？よりもしかしたら雰囲気なのかもしれないけど。
良い思い出は色褪せない。。。
