    Just wondering if you had it out yet? What was the outside temp and did the furnace keep up ok? Thanks for a great video!

    • @BWFilms
      @BWFilms  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Had it out a few times now in as cold as -10 and the furnace keeps up in those temps!

    Hey buddy I would have given you a couple propane tanks instead of you having to spend like 50.00$ a piece for each one!! You would have just had to take them and have them filled for like 20.00$ oh well I guess you already have some now!! Awesome DIY project buddy!! I definitely am excited to see it in youse and if the heater is big enough or not?? I think I would have went with the 30,000Btu one just so it wouldn’t have to run as much as the smaller one would have to!!! It should be awesome for sure and nice and comfortable!!!

    Just came across your video. I’m
    From Minnesota and decided to do the same thing starting last summer and finally finding time to finish by next month. I have a 7x16 with 2ft v nose. I installed a 35k btu furnace heater, all they had left at Milaca unclaimed freight. Hoping it won’t be too big. Shity part is I only had one option for exhaust and it was out the front in the v. I Should have went simple like yours, mines a little busy. I have 6 holes in mine. 1 1/2 inch insulation walls and ceiling, 2 inch foam board on floor, 2 inch foam board in back ramp door. I’ll be using double bunk bed cots while out on the ice.

    • @BWFilms
      @BWFilms  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      That’s gonna be a great setup! The heater will keep you warm that’s for sure! 👊

    To help out charging your battery or batteries, switch the trailer wiring to a 7 way system. There is a 12v power in the wiring. You can hook it up to your battery and it will charge when your its connected to your vehicle.

    I'm looking to build my 6x12 enclosed trailer the same as yours for ice fishing also interested in the hole supplies you used and what did you use for sleeves

    • @BWFilms
      @BWFilms  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I went with the fish hole buddies for the holes and the sleeves are just 2 fish hole buddy sleeves taped together and I cut the ring off of one of them so it fits through the hole!

    How much space between the bottom of the trailer and ground/ice? Wind will blow underneath the trailer ... freeze holes, make keeper the trailer warm tougher. Maybe a skirting system around the outside? Its a sweet modification though.

    • @BWFilms
      @BWFilms  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      About 14 inches! Hoping there’s enough snow to bank it otherwise I’ll have to get skirts!
