I needed vegan mayonnaise quite fast, I made the soya version. It worked really well, I added a garlic clove. Thank you.
Wonderful! That sounds great!
It tastes great! I made some! After the mayo is made, the chick peas can become emulsified as well for a vegan sandwich spread, and makes awesome salad or coleslaw (yummy!) dressing.
So glad you enjoy it :)
I was a total skeptic until I made it today. Delicious, creamy, and the same consistency as store bought mayo. Really appreciate the recipe, thank you!
Our pleasure 😊
Fantastic! Our grocery budget is now $10 per week and a jar of vegan mayo is about $6 with tax where I live so it was out of the question! Soy milk is in our budget and I already have the other items in the pantry. Now, I can have my beloved mayo again! Thank yooooooou!
Glad we could inspire you to make it yourself 💙💛
I just made this using EV olive oil. Didn't know a food processor worked so much better than a stick blender. Proud of myself. Never have to buy seed oil laden mayonnaise anymore.
Sounds great!
I planned on making this, telling myself "I doubt its as good as regular mayo". After making it, its impossible to go back to regular mayo. This should have another name its so good.
Is it ok to use extra virgin olive oil? Will it work?
I LOVE this eggless mayonnaise recipe, thank you🥰!
Our pleasure 😊
Does this actually taste like mayonnaise?
I made the soy mayo, tastes great! Thank you so much!
Glad you liked it!! 💙 💛 💙
This looks delicious! Can't wait to try it.
Do you have a nice recipe for a Cobbler with soft summer fruits!!! Would appreciate!!! Yours I like! 👍

Do I have to use the mustard??
How long can it be stored to keep fresh ?
I added the oil too quickly and it turned to liquid almost instantly. What do I do? 😫
Can I substitute Coconut milk for soymilk?
Thank you for this great easy recipe! 🙏🏽👍🏽 Have saved it in my playlist.⚓🌻
Love it! I knew the Aquafaba one but the first with soy milk 👍🏾
It was the opposite for me when we first started experimenting. Both are delicious.
I hope for your help; when I made the aquafaba mayo, my results are floathy not thick and yet I have slowly added the soybean oil.....is it the soybean oil, or what suggestions should I attempt to consider when attempting once more, and no more?
How long can the unused portion be stored for after use
This came in handy! Tasty, too. Thank you-
My pleasure 😊
How long can you store the aquafaba version for?
I'm amazed this is yummy
i was going through your comments, so i decided to say hello 🌹🌹🌹
It really is! I was skeptical, too.
You do amazing cooking videos I did alot of them already I'm happy my family liked them
@@Gingers346 That's amazing. Thanks for sharing.
Looks so yummy and easy to make...can't wait to try it. How long can it be stored in the refrigerator for?
Most recipes I've seen using either one say 5 days.
can you use avocado oil?
I love your channel, it always has such easy and yummy recipes 😍😋
Aww, thanks! We are so happy that you are here.
Cant wait to try this, going with the chik pea as im always avoiding soy oils
Great! We love the aquafaba version (chickpea liquid).
Mine was very liquidy. I used fat-free soy milk. Would that be the reason? I did add oil though.
Looks so yummy! Thank you so much for this recipe 🥰 will surely try 👍
You are welcome! We hope you try it.
Tried this and it stayed watery the entire time did not thicken
I bought high protein soy milk (5gr at 100gr.). I opened it and made a perfect vegan mayo. The rest soy milk I separated it into portions and put it in -18 Celsius. When unfreezed a portion of soy milk to make another vegan mayo, it never thickened!!! What s wrong with this chemistry??? Does anyone knows???
Awesome!! 👍❤️🌿
Thanks for being here.
Do you think it will work using yogurt instead of soy milk?
We haven't tested it yet but if you do please let us know
Can I use olive oil or avocado oil?
yes
Excellent ! Thank you!. May I made this in a NUTRIBULLET, because I do not have a food processor :-/
Oh that's great! We are thrilled that it worked for you. Thanks for coming back and sharing.
looks good, too bad that we, french people, have to suffer from mustard shortage for weeks now, what a sad world
That is terrible. Hopefully the stores are restocked soon!
why does mine harden in the fridge and becomes water when thawed :(
That's odd. I've not experienced this. Maybe the fridge is too cold. If you freeze vegan mayo, it will turn into liquid as it thaws.
Seed oils are unhealthy. I am going to use olive oil instead. Thanks for the recipe
That sounds great!
