Super fun video - I think I spotted Sherry Ann and I in the Skagway scene moments after the train arrived. She's an RN - and I'm a software company executive. We cruise on Royal frequently and this was our first as Diamond and first time on the Ovation. Very cool that this video covered the time we were actually on the 7 day cruise.

To add to a fantastic cruise, we were so blessed to bump into you and Claudia, and your lovely group in the Tongass forest in Sitka. Watches the whole video. I'm retired and traveling almost as much as you this year. Completed 3 cruises with 5 more...plus other travel with my husband. Living my best life..almost 70
I’ve never met anyone else who got a itchy tongue when they were nervous! I’m 36 and all my life, before I get on a roller coaster, do a play or stand up and speak in front of people, my tongue gets itchy and tight! How funny!

I am a professional horse trainer and rider.. I travel the country with students and horses competing in jumping. I’ve only ever been on one cruise before and can’t imagine a ship will ever have horses, so I will probably never work on one, but I find your content so interesting.
Also, Kristin Hannah is one of my absolute favorites.. second only to Jodi Picoult.

Hi! I have been living vicariously through others travels so i really appreciated your videos. I home care my 91 year old dad and can't travel right now. I want to cruise sometime. You and Eve's friendship is really cute. Wishing Eve a speedy recovery. Oh i am a software engineer and can work from home, thankfully.
I love all the Alaskan book shops, especially the one in Ketchikan! I worked on Radiance the last two summers and have many of the same favourite spots as you. Also your friendship group is my dream on ships - so lucky to find great girls to surround yourself with!

So I travel a lot for work and feel you on the diet thing. I buy fruit powders from a company called ruvi. They’re a bit more on the pricey side but are shelf stable and always in my suitcase. Super healthy. I also travel with a blendjet and oat milk powder in individual packets and individual protein powder packets and I’m good for some daily smoothies where at least I get something healthy in me before I’m turning my diet into trash the rest of the day.
Fun to follow along on your week in Alaska. I've cruised there b4 and it's so beautiful. I hope you are enjoying your time. BTW - what are fitness photos?

I've been waiting for you to get to Seattle, yay! That overpass crossing to get to Whole Foods is so awkward. I rode it on my bike with my daughter the other day, and it was sketchy as hell, and I was thinking, "I bet Kristine and crew are going to do this because Whole Foods is the closest grocery store" 😅. You have to go to Fuji bakery if you haven't, their crunchy cream donut is INCREDIBLE along with their sandwiches and everything else.
Omg yes! Just went there at had their cinnamon cruffin it was so yummy! I need to try that donut ☺️

Why can't Eve go off the ship? is it to prevent further injury problems or just if you can't work you can't go off the ship type thing. Hope she recovers soon. I use my cellular data when I’m on deck 7 but it won’t work inside the ship!
