Any hope solving the "mouse disconnected" issue when using the software? Everywhere I've looked online people are struggling to actually connect the software to their device. I am having the same issue.
Found solution: I found that there are 2 softwares: a good & a bad one. If it has a white/blue background, it gives the disconnected error. Software with a black background works. I found the link to the working software in the product description on Amazon. Before, I had gotten the bad software link from comments on TH-cam & Amazon.
I got it, it was working pretty good, but I started to notice it was kinda hard to move while moving it left, so I checked the bottom side, and it was like one of the mouse feet was peeling off, does it come with a plastic cover? Or is it the rubber being horrible (Edit: yeah so they ended up being stickers, so I just peeled them all off, the mouse is kinda louder when it's being dragged across my pad, but it moves a lot free er, so idk 😂)
@@TypicalGamer5451 I don't rlly know since I'm not that good at jitter clicking nor have the need to jitter click. I got it because my previous mouse had a dead right click, this new mouse fixed that, and the buttons arnt bad

if you use it for gaming or can drag click jitter or mostly double click is it good for that?

BAD MOUSE I GOT IT AND AFTER HALF A YEAR THE MOUSE JUST RANDOMLY DC MID GAME ITS REALLY ANNOYING DO NOT BUY
I’ve had it for 5 years and I have had no issues so far, still works perfectly fine and the same as when I just got it.
