I know this community in Coolidge, AZ is the cheapest in the entire Phoenix area, but all of the homes in Heartland Ranch are designed to be disposable quality, with planned-obsolescence, and without offering any future recognition or investment in this area. When global warming continues to bake and heat Pheonix yearly into 130 degrees during the summertime in the near future, there will be forced migration, homes being abandoned, all of the properties will lose 70% in value, abandonment in cleanliness/maintenance, good neighbors moving away, and Coolidge, AZ will end up being a ghost town again. It has happened before in history for Coolidge and Florence areas. Don't let this happen to you... This community is rated by me as the least presentable and highest risk in the entire United States. Please pay the extra money to live in California instead, or stay near downtown Phoenix or Tucson.
