I drag him around to every game store around the Portland area and he usually isn't too impressed, but oh man he absolutely LOVED your guys store(as well as me)! He rated 10/10 after we left when i asked him what he thought. We'll definitely be back ASAP for sure 🤘

I genuinely hope nobody gives them the money for that kind of stuff the same way you guys didn't. I also appreciate your willingness to call attention to practices like these cuz that just does not sit right with me...$90 to rent a CHAIR....you can just buy 3 at Walmart or something for even less than that. totally absurd to me. All that being said, i hope you have a killer weekend at PRGE!!! Hoping to make it down to check it out one of these years.

I also just wanted the 30th anniversary PS5 controller went into Game Stop to pick up my Zelda Switch Lite and I was able to Pre order the PS5 controller. I guess just good timing.
A company I use that sells blu rays with slip covers (SDE) just puts the slip cover separately and expects the customer to put it on upon delivery. Works for me and takes the bulk of the load off the shop from having to do it. Not all work needs to be done centralized, there isn't that much of a benefit of you guys doing it as the end user will take approx 30 seconds to put it on.

I think you really need to re-think your layout. You had all that space, but probably didn't sell as much as you have in years past except the commons stuff in the tubs on the table. I know security is an issue, but people come to conventions to see exact condition with their own eyes, not take a pair of binoculars out to see what's hanging 30ft up in the air.
Manufacturer shorted us 40 sticker sheets which just arrived yesterday. We shipped in the order they were placed, so people who ordered only a few days before the game came out unfortunately are the last to receive them.
Fedex is awful the drivers just decide to not deliver your package. So now I'm on a first name basis with a lady at their local shipping hub. Ill watch the tracking and if they do a delivery exception I call her and she calls the driver and makes them deliver it😂

Typical convention center prices for chairs and tables. They usually make all that extra money from corporate cons that don’t care.
