I realized I was helping everyone else through mourning and getting therapy, but I wasn’t doing it myself. Eventually the cup gets empty when you don’t fill back up and I can’t help people the way I want to. So my first therapy session over a year after my sister in law passed away is next week. Thanks to this channel finally spurring me to really tackle those sandbags.

I’ve tryed but I don’t know what to write...So I write every little detail so I maby don’t miss anything important. But that just take to much time so I’ll “do it later” which ends up in weeks, months or years. How do you write your journal. What kind of stuff do you write about?

Do you have any tips ? I’ve only worked with meditation or mindful exercises. It’s helped heaps but I’ve always wanted to journal I don’t know what to right. How can I make it something that helps me over time ?

    • @SNOWRYAN8
      @SNOWRYAN8 2 ปีที่แล้ว

I’m learning to journal too. I try to write down my feelings of how I feel. Maybe some goals and what’s needed to get closer to those goals.
Write anything down that feels good and what feels bad so you know what to avoid

Its like cat poop under the bed....
If the cat poops under the bed and you just leave it there, itll eventually stop stinking. But every time something rolls under the bed or you sweep under there, it stirs up the cat poop which makes it stink again.
If you go in there and really do the work and remove the cat poop you never have to smell it again.
We all need to remove our cat poop.

I actually had a father that said he loved me, maybe 3 times in my life and also would not hug me much. He said it was because he grew up asian and his father did not hug him nor say he loved him. I just accepted it. Listening to this video made me think about how that still might be a thorn.
I questioned everything. So as a child I questioned how he could do that? And he would say " if I say it all the time, it won't mean anything".
    Thanks for the video.

13 months ago my best friend, whom I call "my son", ended his life, 2 months before his 22nd birthday.
Early into this video I paused it to experience the epiphany that his suicide did not in any way evaluate my friendship to him.
Toward the end of this video I paused to look at a picture of him and listen to him TELL me that it didn't.
    I appreciate this video.
Eventually I'll return to it to allow it to more effectively teach me more of what it has to offer.
For the moment, it's given me what I needed.

    Wow 🤩
This video came at the perfect time for me. I’ve been focusing on self love and healing for the first time in my life, and a couple days ago, I started to feel guilt thinking that I’ve actually never been through anything very traumatic. I escaped bad situations my entire life like I have an army of angels surrounding me. Ya, my childhood wasn’t great, but I was never beat up or dealt with sexual abuse, etc.
So my guilt came from “what do I have to feel sorry for myself for? I should be grateful at how much worse it could’ve been.” And since I have tried to view it that way, I just felt off, and wrong, but I couldn’t identify why until I seen this video.
You are truly a blessing, and I am SO grateful for your videos. Thank you for all that you do for us. 💕

This morning I woke up in a super weird mood and I asked the universe what advice I need to hear right now and your videos popped up about how why letting go isn’t working and it is was exactly what I needed. The past few months I’ve been doing as much as I possibly can thinking that it’s for my highest good, playing waterpolo and cross country, working a lot, trying to distract myself, but also trying to manifest and ex back even though I know it’s not what I truly want. I’m someone who doesn’t normally open up about my feelings because I feel that ive always been told you shouldn’t do that, and doing this and releasing has helped me so much because instead of ignoring the “sandbags” incorporating it and using it to help me grow. Thank you

Thank you for addressing this. Abraham Hicks is one of my favorites, but should be used more so after understanding the importance of shadow work. I ended up feeling worse over and over and over because I tried to ignore it for fear of getting more of it. It’s been two years of that until this last week when I was finally completely broken and on the brink of being suicidal again... and then it just all clicked and made sense. All of this pain had to keep building up until I woke up to the fact that always positive is toxic

    • @stormfield9431
      @stormfield9431 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

Noooo, I disagree. Talking about your sandbags tirelessly has now become another sandbag. If you recognize them and have talked them through it is time to release them to the universe to be absorbed ( transmuted to use a 5Dterm) into the ethers. Try a ritual. Write them down and write a statement of conviction of how you finally and utterly release them from your self-description. Then burn the paper to a fine ash. You will not move on if you keep identifying with them. This is why I am not a fan of the AA way of thinking or approach. The fact is WE DO overcome adversities and addictions and hurts and insecurities. If I broke my arm and it was put in a cast for six weeks and healed, I would not three years from now declare I have a broken arm. Once you fully recognize what has been adversely affecting you, how it made you act and feel, you become a prisoner with his/her own key. USE IT and declare to move on. Good luck to you Heidi, Remember, fear does not change yesterday or tomorrow, it only robs today of its strength.

Scientologists call shadow work ‘auditing’ they call vibe levels ‘tone levels’... I went to a business school and their structure was from L Ron Hubbards work. I was able to learn and use the tools they teach and stay away from the religious aspect. this is good stuff Clark, it’s very powerful and can change someone’s life. Your video just scratches the surface but you are opening doors to people and it’s up to them to realize and utilize the tools. Been watching your videos man great stuff, include some videos and
Info on surrounding yourself with the right people. After I learned that tool I literally stopped hanging out with everyone in my life and found good positive people and couldn’t even imagine hanging with the old crowd.
Keep up the good work dude!

One thing that I've noticed is about fears and how we approach it. I think everyone one has s kind of fear/ traumas.
But is not about the subject of our trauma and yes about the trauma itself. Sometimes we get embarrassed or afraid, but by removing the subject and looking into the fear, you can be clear and understand it better.
And even if we remove the label "fear" , we can see that it is a kind of energy that is putting us down or something. As the universe speaks energy, we need to address our energy without judging it, so that we can go through it and free ourselves to shine our natural high vibe.
    Thanks for the message Clark!!

It's a bit deeper then that, As you grow and live you're life your brain creates pathways your neorons fire along those pathways because they are used to going along those pathways.
To change a habit or a paradigm or your belief system you need to change the pathways which requires creating new ones, This takes time for your brain to do, You will have to leave
Your comfort zone to be at your best and to create enough changes
That your brain is forced to compensate by creating new pathways since the old one is no longer serving it's survival.
If you are comfortable your brain has very little motivation to change.
Body builders use a method to confuse muscles by randomly changing the routine to keep the brain from getting used to it, This is basically the same way you would need to use to rewire your brain.

I had a teacher in grade school that liked picking on me in front of the class. That really did traumatiz me and I had no idea until my adult years.
