Parts of the piece are written in stylus phantasticus - a remembrance of the north german style which Bach learned from the work of Georg Böhm or Dietrich Buxtehude. In these parts the "meaning" of the expression is more important than the continuity of the tempo. In the fugue however the tempo has to be the same from the beginning to the end. Good luck for you!

Why do u change the temp so much faster or slower, is this ok? Im only beginning to learn to play it
