The government should have plans for industrial estate the way hongkong government build it in hongkong due the industry and factory in hongkong is not like that of Nigeria type hongkong factory or industry is high rising building again with 247 electricity and water supply

Aba is potentially the next Dubai but the problem is lack of coordination. The governor is too far away in Umuahia and Aba City itself constitutes of about five different local government areas. I believe Abia State should be restructured in such a way that the Capital City Umuahia will have a State Capital Development Authority while Aba will have an Aba City Development Authority both headed by a position like Mayors which will be higher in status than local government chairmen but reporting directly to the governor. If Aba can have a Mayor like this coordinating an Aba City Development plan, Aba will be like Dubai in the next ten years or less.
Private properties don't count, we want to see more of the public areas like schools, hospitals, high ways and market areas. Inustrial areas. Gov. Otti is doig great though.
