This is me, charlez360, playing Maroon 5's "She Will Be Loved" on my alto saxophone.
I really hope you guys enjoy this one, I had a fun time playing it. I tried recording this song a week ago, and it didn't work out so well. I was in a bad mood and was short on time so it sounded pretty bad, but I decided to give it another shot. I hope you enjoy.
Although this song is pretty easy to play, it does have a level of emotion in it that is more difficult to capture than the notes are to play. Does that make sense?

beautifully done. I have to share this with my girl. Shes in her school band, plays alto sax. Through her, I have learned just how hard it is to play the sax. Just watching her play. I have a new respect for those who play it well....and sir you don't play it well...you play it great!

+♪Stephy J.♪ it may look easy but it isn't it's not the trickiest but not very simple.. and that what looks so simple is long and hard training and to be able to do that to make it look so simple takes a lot of emotions and practice
+TheLegendof Zeldamon sax is not part of woodwind instruments .. but its reed intrument .. just saying ... sax is not too easy to play ..

1. Clarinet is exponentially harder than the sax.
2. No one just has skill. Some may pick up on something faster but no one has it at first. And look back at point #1
3. Really? Lung capacity? I know someone who is about 4' 8" and plays tuba. Not only does that grow if you play a lot or get some decent cardio but you can also improve your breathing technique.
4. If you think you need strong fingers to play saxophone go play piano (with extremely wide stretching) or clarinet (where you have to cover the holes, not just press keys)
5. Neck strength? What do you not get about the human body? Everything, especialy minor things like that can be improved. I started playing saxophone last year and it hurt after a half our. Just 5 months later I could go for three hours, like I do now every day.
6. Memory? Why? Saxophone has some of the easiest fingerings of any wood wind instrument!
Do you even play it? Really? What business do you have hear giving false or exaggerated info to someone, possibly convincing them to not play an amazing instrument?

Wow... Amazing. I have always wanted to play the saxophone since I was a kid in grade school. I have been thinking lately that I should try so I decided to listen to some music to see if I still liked the sound. I did a search and came across this cover. Amazing! I spent 2 and a half hours listening to your various covers. You definitely have a gift. Thank you for sharing it with the rest of us. Any tips for a beginner would be awesome and advice on a first saxophone are appreciated.

OK, I've seen/listened to this video several times over the past few weeks while listening to saxophone playlists...is it just me, do you get the impression there is a girl he is playing/singing this for? Either way, really great job and I've gotten to were I can have the browser window minimized and tell exactly when Charlez360 is playing. He has achieved a fairly unique and recognizable style by mixing up multiple copies of his playing in a single video. I've done some video editing and what he has done takes a lot of work and effort.
