I have really bad anxiety and whenever I'm feeling anxious I listen to this song and breathe. It really, really, really helps me stay calm. I'm so thankful.

God is so good. I remember a time I was living moment by moment because living day by day was too much - I saw no future for me back then. By the time I came across this song, I had gotten somewhat better, but was still struggling. Life had become bearable most days, but I would often go through moments when I wanted to stop breathing. I was still struggling with suicidal thoughts, but this became one of my go-to songs to play during those moments, esp whenever those thoughts would start to become plans. I was on a path to healing, but still, at that time, I was very much broken. Now, I am healthy and whole. I used to be so tormented, and this song would minister hope to me; but now, when I hear this song, I smile - it's become a personal testimony/reminder of how God really does heal us if we let Him. 💖 To all those struggling and tormented by depression, anxiety, despair, etc, I am one of many who are living proof that if you keep breathing, there is hope and healing down the road. Just keep breathing and it will get better one day 💖 I promise.

I feel better like that. But sometimes you don't get the chance to do that. Music and God is really what I live for right now, so I'm really glad there are people out there who seem to understand. I am currently facing a nerve damage disorder that happens to be uncommon and often times unheard of or misunderstood. I have loved Superchick since a friend loaned me her CD on an overseas trip. I am getting through this with songs of theirs.
okay. this is coming from a guy. this is a very good song. it is calming, soothing, relaxing and really helpful for someone like me that is very depressed and on the brink of destruction. i truly have to say i like this song and everyone else i will agree with.
