Today's country queen!! She has such a refreshing and different, yet familiar country tune that my parents listened to when I was a kid. I didn't care for that old kind of country much - always about cheatin' and lyin' and drinking and broken hearts. The voices werent always the best (lets be honest). Something about her reminds me of one of my all time favorite female country artist's (Dolly Parton). It's also soooo cool how her band wears matching cowboy suits - nostalgic but fresh!! Nobody does that anymore!! And I dig it!! This little lady's lyrics are so relevant to life today as much as the good old days. Her lyrics are so positive is the only word that comes to mind. She's not ripping anybody to pieces - I just get love and sweetness. She's beautiful and extremely intelligent. Poised and classy. THIS is why she won album of the year at the ACM's and rightfully so!! That award will no doubt be followed by many!! The voice of an angel, she looks like one, and the girl can whistle like nobody's business!! WOW!! I know her first love is writing but please don't ever stop singing!!

Love this song. Reminds me of my grandmother who worked in a Dime Store in Texas called M. E. Moses! Back then they had a fabulous soda fountain with amazing hamburgers and shakes inside the store!!! Some of my best memories as a child.Native Texans ROCK!!!

I think she and a few other artist that may be considered alternative or Americana but is a lot better than all that regurgitated bro country shit. Kacey Sturgill Simpson, Brandy Clark and Jason Isbell are the new young guns that are making country interesting again.
