    I never comment on anything, but I have to.
    I did this exercise in its entirety ONCE at 37 weeks 5 days pregnant during the evening. I went into labor naturally @ 38 weeks exactly already 4.5 cm dilated and 90% effaced.
    I believe this video helped jumpstart my labor. I was scheduled for an induction and my baby came 9 days before that date on his own!

    Ok i have come with my own testimony. Two days ago, i was 40wks and 3 days gone. I wanted to kick start labor and I felt on this video which had about 96% positive reviews and gave it a try. I did two sets of the exercise for about 12 mins. I got tired and decided to engage myself in other activities. One hour after i went to the bathroom and had a show , then mild contractions started which got intensed 12hrs after which was at about 2 am the next day. And 6hours later my baby girl was born with ease. Less i forget it was a trail of scar.
    A big thanks to the instructors.

    Hello! Just want to check in here and say these exercises do work for me!
    I started these exercises when I was 37+4, and my water break at home when I was 37+6, went to hospital within an hour of water breaking, and was already 9cm dilated, pushed for 48 mins and baby is out healthy! ❤

      I pushed for 6 mins. The baby came out after 3 pushes. I had to wait 1 hour for the doctor and blood work to be done

    I was 37weeks and 2 days, I practiced some of the exercises that was comfortable for me for about 3 times and with prayers, my baby boy came forth within 14 hrs. Thanks for the video.... God bless you

      @@maggietorres838 no there wasn't. Lucky for me i did this at 37 wks cause my baby was 8 lbs and 9 oz when born, imagine if i waited for 40 weeks maybe he would've weighed more. Anyways sorry for the late reply. Hope everything turned out great for you :)

      @@ashleye.3940 i did the first one at least 20 times (I tried to do as much as i can) the second one for like 5 minutes or more i also bounce while doing the exercise for like a minute and the third one two minutes i would say. The second night i did as much as i could as i had sore muscles from doing the exercise the first night lol

    I did these exercises twice a day at 39+6 and also on my due date, went into labour at midnight and delivered my baby at 40+1. I think this video definitely helped!

    I'm 39 weeks 4 days pregnant today. First baby by c-section. Hoping for a vbac. Not all doctors in India support vbac. My doc said she would wait until dec 21st, else to go with c-sec on Dec 22nd.
    Did this exercise twice today. Will do twice or thrice or as much as possible tomorrow.. hoping to get a successful vbac.
    Update 1: i started doing this exercise just yesterday. (20.12.22) lost my mucus plug today morning. Did this exercise twice this today 🤞
    Update 2: As I was typing this on 21.12.22, 3:12 am, my water broke. Contractions hasn't started yet.
    Final update: Delivered a healthy baby girl on 21.12.22, 11:55 pm - successful vbac ☺️

    I followed the workout three times daily as I entered 38th week and at 11am in morning I had labor pains, at 3pm I was 3-4cm dilated and 4:55pm I delivered my beautiful baby boy. This video made labor so easy and fast for me. Thanks alot

    It really works!!! Did a few work outs Sunday around 10pm. Water broke Monday 9:53am. I delivered my son at 6:18 pm on Monday. I was one day from being 38weeks. He was healthy no complications.

    I did this at 37+5 weeks. I got induced at 38 weeks 😂 the midwife said she has never felt a baby that low through the bone and I was already dilating. This is the best!

    I did this exercise twice one day and twice the next day at 38 weeks. Water broke at midnight and had my baby 3.5 hours later. I think this really helped speed things along. Holding my baby as I type this 👩‍🍼

    I did this workout 3 times in 2 days including the morning when I gave birth. This totally helped me. By the time I reached the hospital I was already 6cm dilated and gave birth within 3 hrs after that.

    A part of me didn’t think this would work and another part of me was scared that it would 😂.. to be honest I wasn’t sure if I was really ready to give birth… I followed this video twice on 8/11 @ 8:30pm . 5 hours later I woke up to a strong contractions but figured it was because I needed to pee . Went back to sleep and had another contraction 15 min later.. 10 min later my contractions were full blown .. because this was my third baby my doctor recommended I did not labor at home . @4:30 AM I arrived to the hospital by 5:20am I was checked into labor and delivery. Nurse checked me and my bag was bulging 5:50 my water broke , and delivered my baby girl at 6:07AM with no medication! I was beyond shocked and proud I had no clue things would be so smooth and fast.
    P.S I was 38w4days

    Ladies, you’re not alone if you do this workout and you don’t go until labor. I started doing this workout at 39w5d in hopes it would happen and was disappointed over the course of the next week when I still didn’t have my baby. It feels like I’m doing everything but still pregnant at 40w6d. I have to remind myself that my body is still progressing towards our time to meet my baby and everything we do is not in vain.

      Kajal Patel did you used to walk as well before this exercise. I hate walking but I can do 100 squads in a day and other exercises too but no walking.

    I did this exercise two times, one day before 40 weeks, and my mocus plugs came out the next morning at 6am and contractions started at 7am, when for a walk and snacks then my water broke at 4:30pm when I got to the hospital I was already 10centimeters dilated and at 5:36 my first baby was born 🥰

    Y’all !! This video no joke!! I did 2 sets of the exercises and boom I went into labor instantly I started pushing in the car I couldn’t wait by the time I got to the hospital I was 9cm dilated and had to go natural. I started the exercise at 11 tonight and had my baby at 1:21am

    I was skeptical about this video actually helping activate labor, but I was willing to try anything. I was scheduled for an induction on 9/2 @3pm. I desperately did not want to go through an induction, so this is what i did.
    1) I PRAYED that I would go into labor before the induction
    2 I did the exercises in this video at 445am on 9/1
    3) Took a nice long walk later on 9/1
    4) Went into Labor around 7ish on 9/1
    5) Baby came on 9/2 before induction time!!!
    You decide what works. So grateful!

      I’m in the same predicament. My doctor wants to induce me at 39 weeks (currently 37 weeks) I do not want to induce but the doctor isn’t listening. Monday I turn 38 weeks I believe I’ll try it then. Wish me luck !

    Hi. This is best video you got in youtube for activating labour. I started this sequence at 37 week for 1 time a day. After 38 week started 2 times a day with 20 minutes walking morning as well evening. My mucus plug was lost before 39 week and very same day my doctor said you were 1 to 2 cm dilated. Next day my labour started in night at 10.30 pm with low pain. I though it was false labour so I waited couple of hour. At 2.00 pm pain become intense and 5 minutes apart. We left for hospital. We reached hospital at 3.15 am and our beautiful daughter arrived at 3.56 am within 1 h. It was shortest delivery. I did not get epidural as baby started crowing. I can say because of this excersize video my delivery time is Short. I highly recommend this video but surely start after you are full term

    This was very helpful for me. I tried doing this for a week and my labor went on smoothly. I was easily 6cm dilated when my water broke and gave birth after 3 hours.

    This really works!! One the 21st of August 2019 at 3 pm I tried it twice and by 3 am the next day I had contractions and my water broke, by 9 am on the 22nd I gave birth to by baby boy. Soo happy!!! Good luck future moms!!!

    Well ladies it worked for me. Did this yesterday at 2pm, 38 weeks 6 days pregnant. Woke up at 4am with contractions. Baby was born at 12:58pm! Less than 22 hrs!! I born exactly at 39 weeks! After this work out I also went on a walk and did the “curb walk” If your nearing your due date or are over due I would highly recommend!

      Kenecia Fedrick my labor didn't make any progress then doctor induced me pitocin after 7 hours of induction my baby's heartbeat increased high or up 190-200 and I failed for vbac and I had another cesarean section. If u are pregnant please don't due this exercise unless u have a real labor or u pass u are due date also ask u are doctor if it's safe for you. I regretted for doing this exercise because it caused me to loose or broke my baby's water early and have another c-section 😭 I don't know if I can try to have another natural birth or vba2c

      Hi guys it worked both time in both pregnancies. I am pregnant again 5 months and will be due in December still going to go for these tips. Also raspberry leaf tea helped in third trimester I don’t like warm fruity teas so I let it cool down and drink it like it’s just a normal drink really helped! Also 7 dates a day third trimester but I know not everyone likes them

    Did this workout at my 39 weeks, in no time my body started to feel different. Went in labor same night following day of exercise. Got to the hospital at 7-8cm dilated and in few mins time I was ar 10cm. Labor and delivery went super fast. This really helps.

    I did this last night and woke up to what I THINK is pre labor contractions. Its been 5 hours since I woke up and they are coming every 30 minutes or so lasting 40 to 65 seconds. I just did this workout for the 2nd time right now, hoping that helps move them closer together. (39 weeks)
    Update: after doing this workout a 2nd time at 39 w 1d i went into labor the same night!! My daughter was born this morning at 8:37am. 2 hour delivery. ❤❤

    I was 39 weeks waiting for labor to begin naturally. Then came across this video. Did these exercises for 2 days , each day twice morning n evening. 3rd day early morning I started getting labor pains with every contractions being 10 min apart. By noon I had delivered my baby normally.
    So sure these exercises worked wonders for me. I had been doing exercises throughout my pregnancy. That also has helped. I did these exercises even though I had pelvic ligament pains. So ladies with pelvic pains pls don't stop exercising. No pain no gain.

    These exercises really work!
    I did these exercises 2 days in a row for a bout 20 minutes twice a day. Then on the third day, I did the exercises and went to sleep, I woke up and hour later because I started having contractions, I went to the hospital and I was already 5 centimeters dilated and then my water broke and I was 7 centimeters.
    I was 37 weeks and 5 days when I started to do the exercises I gave birth when I was exactly 38 weeks went into labor at 9 pm and gave birth at 11:56 am
    I was 0 centimeters when I first began the exercises and they got me to 5 centimeters! Make sure you’re really hydrated and relaxed while doing this!

    So this really works. I'm 38.5 weeks pregnant and was supposed to get induced but I wanted to try to take matters into my own hands. I started these excercises yesterday and did two sets morning and night. Started contractions that night. Water broke at noon today. And I'm at the hospital as I'm typing this. Good luck mommas!!

    I did these exercises for two hours over the course of the day and my water broke the next morning at 3:45 am!! Definitely works! I wasn’t even dilated the day before!

    I normally do not leave comments, but ladies this worked!!! I was 39 weeks and two days. I was already two centimeters dilated. I this at 3:30pm & again at 6:00pm. I woke up at 2am due to my water breaking. I had my son later that night at 10:30pm.

    Currently 37 weeks and 2 days , I tried this for a few days around 34 weeks and see an improvement in the soreness of my legs and groin area. Now I'm on day 2 of doing the exercises to try and get my body ready to go into labor . I did one set yesterday and two sets today. I'll be updating my progress daily until I go into labor

      I did it every other day until I hit 38 weeks , then I started doing it twice a day with an hour of nipple stimulation I had my daughter at 38 weeks and 4 days

    I followed this video when pregnant with my first child and lost my m plug the next day, then the day after that I woke up with contractions and had my baby that night. Could’ve just been my baby ready to come out but I really felt like this video helped. I send this to literally every pregnant girl I know when she’s approaching her due date

      Aubrey it was good i was suppose to be induced on March 18th but i went into early labor on the 16th so they still induced me and i had my daughter on March 17th. My water broke while i was throwing up i pushed for an hour or less and end up having to get an episiotomy.

    37 weeks and I did this one day alllllll day throughout the day. Still pregnant owever this baby ha engaged so much I can’t walk. So if it doesn’t put you in labor it definitely drops baby.

    I was 0 cm dilated at 39+2 I did this exercise I lost my mucus plug then I had my baby 32 hours later. Now I’m pregnant again. Definitely I will do it again. Thank you so much for this video ♥️

    I'm exactly 41 weeks today, I'm so freaking over it, I did this workout twice today and feel some cramping, let's hope he comes!
    Update: I had my son naturally with no drugs jan 30th the 2nd day of me doing these exercises, I swear it helped him come fast, pushed for 15 minutes!

    Was in 38 weeks and 1cm for about 2 weeks. After doing this exercise video, I went into labor the next day. Will surely recommend to my pregnant friends as well.

    I’m not the only one impressed with the pregnant lady doing so much better than the talking lady doing the squatting exercise. She is so calm and with that kind of energy I believe the baby will come down and out the birth canal in few seconds of pushing! 😉

    I was 40 weeks and 2 days and I did this video around noon on Wednesday- around 3pm started having intense contractions that were super close together, got to the hospital at 4:30 and was 10cm ready to push (at my OB appt the day before I wasn’t dilated at all) and had my daughter at 6:04pm! Truly think this video helped her get in the right position for labor to start!!

    It worked for me! I did it on a Sunday afternoon and I repeated at night around 10pm. I laughed big time with the squats because I couldn’t go up by myself and ended up calling my husband to help me stand up. Next day Monday at 12:45pm less than 24 hours after contractions started for the whole day and night. I had my baby Tuesday at 1:58pm a day before my due date. Prayer🙏 and this exercises helped me!

    THANK YOU for uploading this video. I did 2sets of this exercise at 8am and another 2sets at 3pm. Had a small walk at 5pm.     11/13/22 at 1:30 pm - Just did this exercise and I’m 39 weeks today. Will update when labor begins.
    11/14/22 Update: 24 hrs after initial post, dilated at 2 cm, 50% effaced, had membrane sweep. Will update again!
    11/16/22 Update: Not in active labor yet, will do this exercise routine 2-3 times today.
    11/17/22 Update: Did not exercise today but lost my mucus plug, water broke shortly afterwards and was admitted to hospital.
    11/18/22 Update: 8 hrs of labor, epidural, and 4 pushes in a minute or two, baby was born!

      I am due today, haven’t had contractions; it’s my first pregnancy. Will do them today before heading to the hospital for my appointment. The doc said that if I don’t have natural contractions I will be induced

    I did this and went into labour 4 days later at 39 weeks. May be a coincidence but I would like to think it helped, as I saw my consultant a week prior who said her head wasn't engaged or low enough, estimating it would be another 2 weeks before anything happened.
    For all those wanting to do it, it doesn't hurt to try. All the best!

    did this once in the morning and once in the evening in my 39th week. i was able to start my labor at 11PM of 11/24 after doing this around 7PM. was able to give birth at 9PM of 11/25 with lesser labor pain than i expected.
    came back to this vid just to say this really works!! thank you.
