In this video I introduce a new pair. The male ends up rejecting the female so I switch to a new male and a bond is struck.
I explain the behavior your seeing and go over what to look for in their interactions. I then leave tips and tricks to help this go smoothly and keep her safe.

Hey Dan, what do you recommend if my female is flaring and twitching, but my male chases her. Is that breeding behavior? The female is about a 2 1/2-3 inch RKM SRD and the male is a SRD 4 1/2-5 inches

Do you frequently change water for start them to breed???
More water changes are for keeping the eggs safe and preventing severe infections, but a mix of water changes, increased humidity (rain), heat, and protein(live shrimp, frozen meat chunks) all help with the breeding process.
hey dude i plan on breeding a male red dragon and a female kamfa .My question is what if the female is more older than the male ? the female is about 5-5.5 inches right now about a year old and the male is about 4-5 inches thats only months old do you think they would still breed?
It’s fine, but the male needs some beefing up. Males are usually older and larger, but it’s possible for the female to be the bigger and older one. As long as the age difference isn’t more than a year or two.

Um, okay? It depends on the species, but the quality of the fish is a big factor.

Rob, you don’t have to. In most cases, that is smarter, but some fish like convict parrots require some playtime. To be safe, let it drop first.
and if the male is too small what can i do to speed a growth of a male? I've already tried fasting him then giving him a ton of meat protein stuff for two dayz
Aqua- John try feeding him alot and her not alot. Also keep them in seperate tanks. if hes interested in breeding he wont grow as fast
