Just replaced my condenser and the idle was immediately better. Before, my sentra struggled to idle and I could smell the unburnt gas. Also for some reason the old cap was covered in this sticky brown stuff.
Hello, thanks for the video. Did you fix the problem? I replaced the capacitor and was getting the same reading you were after replacing the coils for cheap one. I did a research online and found out the coils have to be replaced with OEM ones. Thanks
@@neuromanglers replaced all coils and spark plug with oem, also cam and crankshaft pos and still#3 cylinder no spark. Next move is ECU I guess...Any updates on your part?
I had the same problem and in my case the ignition coil was failing. would sometimes work fine and then randomly stop working, making the car run very poorly. good idea to change the spark plugs if they have been on a bad coil

Thanks for the vdo..what the name of the clip is called..i mean the clip which goes into the capacitor
What was ur reason, why you have to replace the ignition condenser
I did not replace the cap, just using the connection to test ignition voltage
what are the symptoms if this condenser break?
struggling to start when cold
What happens when the capacitor fails?
I am sure i won't get a response but im trying to check mine and nothing is reading i went to the junkyard grabbed a few and still nothing
Capacitors can be tricky to test unless you have a capacitance meter.
@@neuromanglers I used a multimeter
most multimenters are not capable of measuring capacitance.
