Awesome video! Thanks. Do you guys have a video showing how to convert tacomas without steering wheel control to a factory with steering wheel controls.
Good stuff. I tried to use the aswc-1 by itself and had to splice into the factory wires. then after all that work it didn't program properly. I wish I would have known about this adapter beforehand. Anyways, this video really helped me see what to expect when I try again. Thanks!!
About to install the universal harness shown in the beginning, wishing I would have found this Toyota specific harness before I bought the universal one.

Can someone point me in the direction of the JBL enabled vehicle install? Buying a sienna shortly with JBL on board and would like to install an aftermarket head unit while still enjoying the JBL amp and speakers.
I have a 2009 Rx350 and that harness that connect the steering wheel control to the axxess look like it may fit. Do you sell that or know where I can get it from?
is there a harness like that for a tahoe as well the one that came with my unit the oposite end is merly cut wires as if to be hard wired where as yours is all plug and play.
I tried to install the axxess Aswc-1 today and it was hell and I still didn't even get it done. I called sonic electronix, crutchfield, metra and I even took it to the shop and they couldn't even figure it out cause for my Altima it has like 3 different ways and none of them worked and I don't want to risk it anymore for $50 but the harness you have in the video I want to try. Where did you purchase yours.

One question, I have a 2014 tacoma base model with factory radio with touch screen and Bluetooth(no navigation) and no controls for radio or phone on the steering wheel, I see some steering wheels for sale on eBay with the controls on it(factory). The question is, what do I need to make those buttons work with my stereo, is there a wire which I can just plug and play?
I installed my CD player using Metra 70-1761 Radio Wiring Harness. I got it where are 2 connectors go. I did not get where you pulled the 3rd connector from? Thank you.
