The situation you said can't manage by saint is created by us not by saint.
Roads ,vehicle made by us used by us a saint never used or never wanted to use these.
Why he would know about changing Tyre ,off course he would be knowing cook food.
If one is spiritual these petty troubling situations will not come in his path.
Lets see example of Digamber Jain munis they don't use vehicles ,they eat once a day ,they don't use many material things so how come z material trouble will trouble them.
