Are people going to remember JD McMuffin 20 or 30 years from now?
I don't even know who he is NOW
🤣🤣🤣🤣 after watching this video and hearing people talk about him I still don't know who he is or don't care
@@zachary_attackery😂
I will, he in the Judgement Day, I will never forget them. I'm glad Edge formed that faction.
@@justinmichaels7856 That's kind of sad.
¿Can you imagine a wrestler paralyzed on just the 4th Raw on Netflix? They were so lucky on this one.
Everything Bin said about JD being in a wheelchair by 40, honestly thats how i see Darby allin by age 35 if he keeps up his circus act in aew
@@theprettyafricanIAM will it be from tumbling down a mountain 🏔️ though? 😂
All of these high flyers and "superstars", yet none will be legends or household names. The last 20 years has been very forgettable wrestling with only 5 total people that you can recall with significant stories.
And the WWE marks swear up and down that incidents like this only happen in AEW. I keep telling them that neither promotion has very good workers in the ring aside from the veterans in WWE and AEW who have been at this for twenty years. Other than that, the younger talent on the roster not named Bron Breaker aren't very good and it's obvious.
Yep, these wrestlers act like it's a video game.
A lot of these guys grew up on the games more than actually watching the show
Not really. A moonsault isn't even all that out there, he just jumped too far this one time and got himself hurt (it happens).
Know the issue is that WWE is pushing them and they believe the hype for themselves and they should have never never been in that position in the first place they're not ready or never will be 💯 this is the consequences
@@Necroverse19totally agree. Even the simplest of moves can be dangerous it's not ballet. With that said he got whacked.
@@solidsnakejake185Yup, but that's just a symptom of our generation. Everybody I knew started skating because of Tony Hawk video games
The fact of the matter is I went back and looked up the numbers. A majority of the wrestling that we watched and we grew up on and enjoyed was written by Vince Russo. Vince Russo was the best thing that happened to wrestling television. Because of the television that he wrote it made us believe in these characters made us want to see them live made us want to be just like them. So from the bottom of my heart thank you Mr Russo.
no lie he's got classics under his belt but not everything was a hit like his wcw stint was not good but when he has a solid team like the one they had in wwf he's a key player.
JD Mcidiot
In his book, Shawn Micheals spoke about how he, and the other members of the Kliq worked “easy” during weekly shows, to ensure they would be healthy to work PPVs, where they would “go all out” in terms of effort. They all took good care of their opponents in the ring, so even though they were not popular OUTSIDE the ring, everyone wanted to work with them.
@BlackFlightNY
Exactly this. But you bring this up to new fans and wrestlers, they get angry. Because they want to, “give 100%,” every night instead of saving certain stuff for PPV.
That whiplash was CRAZY
I got Gwen Stacy Amazing Spiderman flashbacks
JD McDummy
I'm not trying to be funny and no I'm not a wrestler but if I were one, I would never ever dive where the announce table or barricade is, you don't need to even be a wrestler to know that either. If I were to ever dive to the outside, I would only do it where the entrance ramp is so I know for a fact I will not have a potential accident. I seriously don't know what JD was thinking when he did that but I hope he's ok.
Another thing, JD has been wrestling since 2006. We are in the year 2025, he's been doing this for 19 years and he really thought diving to the outside where the announce table is was a good idea? The more I watch the clip, the more annoyed I get with his decision making.
Couldn't believe JD was still going after that.
Get your shit In! All that matters now 😂
Very sad on what WWE has become 💩
Big head, small brain.
Don't know what JD was thinking, when he's built like Adam Cole, doing a moonsault on a 6 foot 350 lbs dude, even without the table he would've hurt himself.
They need to hire Stevie Richards as a trainer.
Jd always taking serious bumps and he will never be a main event star
That's what's really sad. He's dong this for nothing.
Shawn Michaels was on Raw in his late 40s still doing Moonsults if you're an athlete you're an athlete
JD McDonought lol a nickname I gave him but in all seriousness that was a nasty bump on Raw this week hopefully he’ll be fine though.
Weren't wrestlers finishing matches injured long before this point in time? I do remember reading about how someone shattered his pelvis and ended the match in a way that looked natural and fit his character, but others have been injured and finished the job.
I do think JD should've sat the rest of the match out, I'm just not understanding why people are acting like what he did is new.
Why's it that people/things named J.D. have a certain kinda "jobber energy" to them, know I'm sayin? 😂😄
And that look too. You know 😂
lol i understood that reference
@@extremeking425 what's it from?
thank you Bin Hamin for calling out Dakota Kai.
These people aren't over. They have to do stupid stunts to try and get any reaction.
If any of them were genuinely over as characters, they wouldn't need to do the dives.
Jd got f'd yp
What? To be fair, we don't know if she knew that Zoey tagged into the match. From the moment she bounced off the ropes, Zoey was already in mid air getting ready to kick the hell out of Dakota. So don't use her as an example, that was a freak accident that most people could never prepare for. Who are you anyway?
JD Retired
Why do you do that?
Why are you doing click bait thumbnails you know that you're destroying your own reputation right so you will be the only one to blame for your failures in TH-cam 💯
@@justinmichaels7856 sue me
Atleast there's one less wrestler like him in the business........
@@justinmichaels7856 He's been doing this for years, I've been watching him for years... hold on, Sean you've been doing this for the last 13 years? Please stop clickbaiting.
It's WWE fault for pushing Green indie that can't even do a proper moonshot to the outside without getting injured 💩
It's WWE's fault for pushing sports entertainment rather than pro-wrestling. If they were working a wrestling match to make it look like it was 100% real, they wouldn't be doing stupid shit like this in the first place and it'd look better.
@@jd9119 Being sports entertainment is wrestling as the character and gimmick you have. Today, they don’t have memorable characters.
It’s about character work. Not just wrestling.
@ I'm not interested in watching a poorly written and acted "live action" soap opera. If I wanted to see that, I'd go to Medieval Time.
I want a sports presentation of wrestling. We need more Verne Gagnes and fewer John Cenas.
@@jd9119 Well, it’s been like that since the 80s. Pro Wrestling is all about storytelling. Without it, no one would care. And every form of “fake,” wrestling never looked realistic anyway.
Anyone who watches UFC or MMA will laugh at even the old school style of wrestling you love.
@jd9119
Then why are you here on Russo’s channel? Look, wrestling will never be taken seriously as a real sport. Even back then, people thought it was just two people fake fighting each other and saw no appeal.
The McMahons gave the media and the fans a reason to care and created over the top characters and storylines. I wouldn’t be a wrestling fan if it wasn’t for the soap opera or TV format. I have no problem with the acting being mediocre or decent. I don’t mind fun storylines. They just need to give the viewer a reason to care.
And this is coming from someone who loves good TV shows and movies. I’m all about storytelling. Wrestling is just another form of storytelling. And even back in your day, it was a poorly acted soap opera. Only few sounded true.
Castrating Bin's Beard
💯 JD McRib
JD Mcdumbass is fits him better 🤣💯
4:42 you don't want nothing to do with wrestling so you sit at home and talk about wrestling. If you don't want anything to do with wrestling then just forget you knew anything about wrestling
So nobody would even be talking about this is that table was like the old ones that would have just moved
Thing is, who’ll lose any sleep over a guy that’s not even a little bit over? Like al says “they sell the what instead of the who”
considering he got a standing ovation, the media picked up this injury story and his tweet saying he was fine went viral...... a lot of people
The moonsault to the outside was the transition spot to allow the heels to take control. JD overshot it. People tipping the cap to him for getting up and finishing the match never felt like it was a good thing for him to get back up. They admire him for gutting it out. It's a true toughness to do whether it was wise or it wasn't. He didn't do it to be praised..he did it to make sure that the fans got the match that they wanted. That's a true pro. There are wrestlers that have all done the same in the past...Triple H for example...2001...he quad from the bone...even though it was very little he still got up and did what he needed to do to finish the match even though he couldn't. That earned him a ton of respect...so much so that the response he got upon returning was massive. Nobody encourages these men to get back up but we are so thankful and respectful to them for gutting through something that they should have stayed down for...that any normal person would have stayed down for. Any wrestler that has been in the middle of that ring would tell you that it's so difficult for them to give in to injury. Even Bryan Danielson was furious when Triple H called off a match for concussion protocol.
As for the moves show some respect to Dakota. She and Zoey were coming at each other at a pretty good speed..she didn't get as much time to react as she would have liked. She knows what to do in those situations.. accidents happen. Also JDs ribs and lung issue were from the moonsault. He collapsed behind the stage heading to the back. He just about missed the table with his neck and nailed his upper back and shoulders...he whiplashed his neck..but thankfully didnt do damage to it ..he ribs and lung took major damage with him working very very gingerly the rest of the match. It was obvious that he shouldnt have kept going but god damn the fact that he even could was impressive.
Never liked the guy, very forgettable "wrestler". REAL entertainers don't take stupid risks to entertain. Anyway, hope he's fine and gets well soon 🙏
Shitty take
4:44 I agree. Soon as he took that bump, people started lying about how good of a Wrestler he is because he kept wrestling with debilitating injuries 🤦🏽♂️
That bothered me
I’ve always been told wrestling is fake, so therefore injuries are fake too.
Yep the agents are to blame also, all those ex cruiserweight s like Helms, Jamie Noble, Petey Williams, Daivari, encouraging them doing all those cruiserweight moves
I'm not sure Bin knows about the business.
They r killin themselves for pops on a show no one is talkin bout... this is just insane
2:19 this guy 👎🏿 Dakota Kai was not kicked in the face.
Give jd a mid card push...ic or us champion by the end of the year
the fact that this bump and the bronson reed bump is putting them over and getting this much coverage shows how bland and boring the current product is. they could be doing more with less but triple h rather make his stars look like athletes instead of having actual character and personality.
Jeff hardy used do this all the time and you old grumpy marks loved it.
Jd did not take ahead bump it was the whiplash that did it and the back to the brunt of the bump add speed and it’s a snug bump
🎉Ben said it perfectly ppv Risks with no payoff bro pointless and dangerous got a smarting Up Guys Lol🎉.
Lets be honest bin if he did his character you would bury him for that. No matter what they do these days you three aren't going yo say anything but negative. Its getting old. Usually its entertaining but lately it just the same old same old. And he should be celebrated for being so tough not because he finished the match but because he was tough enough to work thru it. If he wanted to atop no one would have bashed him , well you three would. No matter what happened here you would be saying the opposite of what everyone else is saying.
Cringe comments and cringe ravensjoint
😊 play take it too far sometimes it is a work
Dude is tough and all yall is doing is shitting on him. Yall act like moonsaults are a new thing. Bin is trash and a washed out wrestler to begin with
Shitting on someone (Bin) who did a tough job, while talking about how _they_ shit on people who do something "tough". 🤔
bro, bro, why you laughing.... doods in pain, jackass
