Episode thirty eight of an ongoing series, where you get to see how my and Geoff's Competitive Dieting is going. Having promised a reversal of my up-ward weight trend last week, you get to see if I make good on it. Meanwhile, across town, Geoff's not around so no news from him I'm afraid. A week of treadmill (Friday to Friday- including two Ben Nevises Ben Nevi? worth of non-stop 90 min climbs) must have done some good, right?
