Really wished these worked better for airsoft. Used a caliper to make micro adjustments, in there end you just can't make it as consistent as a regular tappet. (
Scored a second hander (got 2 already) and seems impossible to open up (bent the Apache key tool trying). Any tips on making a custom tool or anything off the shelf from Bunnings? Thanks mate.
@@AzraelsArmoury so really i should buy a few other extras rubber tips and or some of the other kind just incase and im going to be using 2 silver Apache's and 2 primes in other blasters
@@AzraelsArmoury cheers mate and i seen a video with shakkas using different nipples and even slightly moding one in the video recently and he explained a few details on how to helping stop with the smashing gels,in the prime apache's video
@@AzraelsArmoury so i should put a order through and get the different sized one's just incase that is what im going to need or i do still have a heap of the silicone nipples from xforce and you guys but more importantly i brought the apache prime for myself to replace one of the silver apache's that im going to give my younger brother's for his aps tan noveske 7"
They can justify spending that much money on glue but it's hard for the home tech, but i got some 3d printed rubbers/nozzle tips for my polarstar jack and f2 and and he designed them to fit the aztech tpiece's and are a friction fit so no glue so he may be he can design some.Oz hobbies owner
thanks for the vid Shaka! Love my apache's
No worries at all man we hope this helps some people that have some tuning/set up issues. Glad you love them man ❤❤
Keen to give the new gen a go, previous versions have tuned in great for me too👌
Yes there was nothing really wrong with the old version, we just made the nozzle far more stable.

Try some circles or regular pliers in those holes. Should be easy to open unless the previous owner used red loctite
Try C clip plyers bro
Circlip plyers, pretty sure that's how you spell it
@@drewmurray6480ah yep. Thanks man. Pliers worked with some oomph. Thanks Shakka
So the rubbers can only go so far on the nozzle when you glue them on and no more orings like the silver ones
Correct the rubber sits on. Nicely now and can adjust the tpiece for fine tuning. We do have the other size nozzle tips too
