They will clop on certain surfaces, but otherwise make as much noise as your average heel. If you want a clop sound you can put small bits of metal on the bottom, a bit like tap shoes.

Um, heel-less heels have been around for a while now...
from an engineering stand point im looking at this, its not worse than walking on your toes. not the most comfortable but the big block on the bottom have a much bigger contact area than your average high heels. there will be some stress on your calf muscle though which isn't a big deal unless you never walk so your muscle have absolutely no stamina. The only thing concerning thing is the original high heals design which is usually as shitty as they get. if the front have more soft padding and is more round to support the toes (unlike the pointy end these things have) it would actually be quiet comfortable to walk on. in fact, running on it would be a blast (if the base shoe wasn't shitty)

For example, the creators of duck tales, they don’t need to be furry to create a show about anthropomorphic ducks having crazy adventures, there can be the possibility that they are furrys but is not mandatory

Thr trick to both heels and shoes like this is to walk as if youre just walking on your tippy toes.
Yeah, stuff like this you have to walk on the ball of your foot (the part in front where toes are attached. The thing about that is that it’s a very unnatural way to walk, and that’s why people’s feet hurt in heels even if they have socks and the right size.

I actually made my own pair of these for a Renaissance fair a while back. Used hard foam to shape the hooves, black paint and black duct tape to cover them, then hot glued them to a pair of heeled shoes that I chopped the heels off of. I even attached those shoes to a pair of black stockings, and covers the seams with white fur that I used to make a little deer tail and ears with. They didn’t last long, unfortunately, but it was a lot of fun

I've heard of making them from the type of shes that has really in-curving heels, you know, where it is almost just the base of the sole extending down to the ground and then flaring backwards a bit, to make the heel really tiny, and then hiding that bit under some long, hairy fetlocks. If you painted the heel right (like the same colour as the fetlock hair in shadow) you'd have to look really closely to see them at all.
Mind you, that was for a pair where the hoof was over the toe part of the shoe, now that I think of it, rather than under the sole of it. Still, one could sculpt such a thing in to come up and support the arch of the shoe if one wanted.

This video is good, but I'm not sure if it belongs in the Stoned Mode series. What made the series great originally was mesmerizing visuals and limited commentary, but recent Stoned Mode videos have felt more like short documentaries than anything else. Cut down the talking and focus more on the visuals and music! Anyone else agree?
