Network discovery is turned off Windows 10 | how to turn on network discovery

I don't have the firewall option for network discovery. I have to turn off my firewall in order to use it. I would like to add the rule to my firewall. Do you know how? When I try to use the commands to set it, it gives me an error that there is no rule.

Windows files are missing.. do a system reset or clean installation of windows

@@LotusGeek I actually figured it out netsh advfirewall reset cleared the old settings, and showed me the missing ones.
