मेथी दाना - ३ चम्मच​
सोंफ़ - १ चम्मच​
राइ दाल - ३ चम्मच​
खाद्य तेल - १/२ लीटर​
हींग - १ चम्मच​
नमक - ३ चम्मच​
हल्दी पाउडर - १ चम्मच​
कलोंजी - १ चम्मच​
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - ३ चम्मच​

Raw Mango - 2 (1 kg)
Fenugreek seeds - 3 table spoon
Fennel seeds - 1 table spoon
Mustard seeds (split) - 3 tbsp
Edible Oil - ½ liter
Asafoetida - 1 table spoon
Salt - 3 table spoon
Turmeric powder - 1 table spoon
Nigella Sativa - 1 table spoon
Red Chilli powder - 3 table spoon
