You couldn't deny that West Ham's relegation in 2010/11 hadn't been coming I mean they barely survived the previous season. The fans got a bit of false hope that they were gonna get out of it because they picked up form in February 4 games unbeaten which took them out of the drop zone briefly. But Avram Grant bloody hell what a dismal appointment that was by Gold, Sullivan and Brady his record at the bottom was dreadful you could cut him some slack when he was at Portsmouth because the club is chaos off the pitch going into administration but West Ham no such slack cutting here. He couldn't inspire the players at all but the players were just as culpable they let in goals for fun 14 games that season they let in 3 or more goals in a game awful. Also Gold, Sullivan and Brady take the blame as well it looked like Avram Grant was a goner after the Arsenal match where Van Persie just back from ankle trouble ran riot but for some reason he was allowed to stay

Even though I'm a Chelsea fan, I'm somehow glad to see West Ham back in the Premier League.
