We used to hang out at New Bethel Baptist just to listen to some good music when I was in kindergarten. Last time we saw each other was when Granholm was sworn in as governor of Michigan on new year's day 2003.
There are some all time greats buried in Woodlawn from David Ruffin, Levi Stubbs, The entire Fords family , Rosa parks. Even the dodge brothers & many many more what a great cemetery

Very touching. Although her body viewing, was not expected to go viral, on the net, apparently it caused sadness, for one of the young family members, and for that I am sorry. Seeing her at rest, and entombed, has thousands, of long time fans, feeling that was our chance to say farewell, to one of the most, at rest view, ever seen. My prayer is, the family will let us rejoice with them, and God will smoothly, remove their hurt, and clear our minds, allowing us to again, enjoy the peace we felt, viewing the photos. May we soon get us back to remembering love, and thanks, for a beautiful soul, our Queen!
