    “Other, softer things” Like the willingness to step on peoples necks in order to achieve their goals. Basically, just looking for good people. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

      Different people enjoy different things. Some people are fine with a fast food low stress job, and just going paycheck to paycheck. Some people aren't fine with that, but have no choice but to be that.
      Some people enjoy their high-stakes work and enjoy the money + lifestyle that comes out of it.
