Everything Goes WRONG in Beijing! | Universal Studios | Sleeping Train | Fancie in Shanghai Ep.31

Hi Everyone!
This is the first time in my life visiting the beautiful city of Beijing. We start off with taking the overnight sleeping train from Shanghai to Beijing which took 12 hours! Then we visited Beijing Universal Studios. That day was so much fun. On Sunday who would think that we are going to have typhoon in Beijing. What should we do ???

We were hoping your visit to Beijing wouldn't be ruined by the rain but we see it was definitely cut short. You will have to go back someday to see the Great Wall and other sights. I went to Shanghai for the first time with my wife (she is from Shanghai) in 2005. We took the slow train to Beijing just like you and slept overnight and got there around 7 in the morning. Back then we didn't have the choice of high-speed rail. Universal Studios looked fun except for the long waits in line.

Yes! I will definitely go to Beijing again to see the Great Wall may be in autumn or winter 😊

Good afternoon Fancie, the adventures of how things do go so wrong! Wow, it had to be one of the worst trips that you took. From how nothing started off good for you both. I was watching the video and saying. My poor sweet Fancie and friend facing those challenges. As they were coming at them. From the left and right. The mainthing was that you both were being safe. That in the end, you were smart enough to change plans regarding flying back. Instead of once again taking that crazy train ride. I am glad you got back home safe. That was very important for you both. Yes, you should next time take the higher level train ride to Beijing. I hope you both were able to get some rest. Before starting your next week back at work. Glad you guys left Beijing safely by changing plans though we miss out your more exciting tour there. From the news this Taifong has been the biggest from 400 years ago. Lots places outskirts of Beijing have been under water.

the fastest train from shanghai to beijing is now a little more than 4 hours btw

also, it's likely the train was delayed due to the rain. they could have tried to go to the station. Edit: I know Fun said the trains are punctual, but in my experience, delays due to weather are common.
