Remarkable gift he's got, I'd say. Tim Storms voice is awesome plus the background vocals complimented the song. The harmony was right and tight as well. Great job

It's mostly vocal fry an extended technique Baritones or basses can master with the right mic equipment. However there are bassos and octavists who can go twice as low than this but they don't have an extreme range like storms. Most basses do have extended bottom ranges If we include fry or subharmonics.

But you should know, in these videos he sings using chest voice (mostly, except a few) ,
But these records all take into account Vocal fry (aka "FAKE voice") . He doesn't hide that fact, even here so much compression and equalization has been done to make it more bassy.

I would have needed to use a bottle brush on my ears if I wore headphones while listening to him. He gets so low that his voice loses all color, it's a completely different experience than listening to someone singing in chest voice. He gets so low it seems like the sound is coming up from the bottom of a canyon.

    --INFO PACKAGE BELOW!!
--Chest voice = Also known as "modal voice" or "full voice", is the second lowest register and the area of anyone's vocal range where the entire length of the vocal cords are vibrating.
--Vocal fry = Also known as "pulse", is the lowest register where the vocal cords are closed and only a small portion of them vibrate as air pressure breaks through. (I think)
Tim Storms is NOT singing all low notes in chest voice. Keep in mind, this is a studio recording. Anything could have been done to edit the entire song to sound better, which is exactly what has happened. The general consensus among people who are bass singing enthusiasts is that Tim Storms is a heavy user of vocal fry. If you want to hear someone with an actually low voice, check out JD Sumner.
    Other amazing bass singers:
-Eric Hollaway (he has a youtube channel)
    -Glenn Miller
    -Tuukka Haapaniemi
    -London Parris
    ...and many more...
