    You don’t interview someone like Bruce Robinson on one of the worlds most evil serial killers and then play ill judged elevator music over the top of it. Turned the interview into an episode of Peanuts.

    re: the music bed, go back, edit and delete it. It intrudes upon the audio quality of the interview and, given the subject matter, it is an extremely crass gesture.

    Michael Maybrick was performing on Thursday night 8 november in Redhill Surrey. Mary Jane Kelly was murdered that night, 8 november - 9 november. How could Michael have done that if he was performing that night? Honest question.

    This doesnt make sense. The richest countries in the world have very few serial killers. Perhaps countries with extreme wealth inequality like the US....but you do not hear about serial killlers in more civilised and rich countries such as Sweden or Switzerland or Denmark or Netherlands or Germany.

      You haven't heard about serial killers in Denmark, Switzerland, Germany or Sweden so they don't exist.
      Take a look at the Wikipedia article serial killers country: I count 6 for Denmark, 4 for Switzerland and Sweden and Germany has its own page with over 40 named.

    Love the book Robinson wrote, they all love jack.for me all the other none sense ripprogly books and theories I stay away From. The metropolitan police started the whole ripprogly to hide the identity of the Ripper. So much research went into this book that Robinson did. I would recommend this book to anyone.

      Its actually a great book based on fact. Everyone before this book was going by the metropolitan police which were lying and hiding the truth of the killer. You say ludicrous, well suppose that's what the metropolitan police wanted you to believe and everyone at the time of 1888. @@walkawaycat431

      It is a superb book. I'm reading it now. But the 'mystery' will never be 'solved' while JTR is such a huge industry. Reading this book and then reading the JTR forums, everyone contradicts everyone else continuously until you're back at square one. Still, kudos to the man for writing such a weighty tome.

    Robinson takes two Ripper stories, changes things around a bit, and then claims it as his own. If that were not bad enough, he disparages the two stories and the authors from whom he stole his material.

    • @robertsinnerman7804
      @robertsinnerman7804 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Can you elaborate on that please? I'm interested to learn more about who the two authors are and what the stolen material is. Thanks in advance.

    • @Jay-tk7ib
      @Jay-tk7ib 6 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      If all you've heard is Bruce's story, you'd think him to be the smartest man on earth. But when you examine his material, you then see that he takes his information from existing sources. The two main sources are Stephen Knight, and Mike Barrett. Bruce has taken these two theories/stories and changed things around a little bit, and now he claims these findings as his own. He then makes disparaging remarks against the originators of these theories/stories. Research Stephen Knight and the final solution. Also research the diary of jack the Ripper. Neither of these came from Bruce Robinson. The material is, among other things, Masonic ritual. That came from Stephen Knight. Also, the diary of JTR comes from Mike Barrett. Bruce speaks against these guys, but he seems to like their material well enough to use it as his own. Patricia Cornwell does the same thing. All you need to do is research those two things, and compare them with Bruce Robinson's book.
