I guess I got friends in high places.
I forgot that the artist once known as Chris Gaines did an episode of the Donny and Marie talk show. I laughed, cried, was soothed by Garth's singing (especially the duet with future wife Trisha Yearwood), cried again when he fulfilled fangirl Teddy's wish, and was engaged in his thoughts on his daughters, his marital issues and "We Shall Be Free".
