Honestly I feel really bad for Harold. Like a lot of the times he proves himself as one of the best competitors yet everyone still treats him like crap.
Seriously! In TD Action: Episode 1. When everybody is trying to get off the car Chris is driving, Harold literally karate chops Trent and knocks him down.
XTheCrystalBeastGuyX Harold only voted Courtney asked to get back at Duncan for picking on him in the first place. By picking on Harold more for it, Harold could’ve done it again but rigging the votes they have Duncan voted off instead of Courtney. At least that’s what would’ve happened if the writers made it happen
One of the biggest conflicts in all of Total Drama. Right up there with Gwen and Heather. Here’s the thing- Harold may have had some gross habits, but even after Harold promised to stop, Duncan still picked on him. It’s understandable why Harold got Courtney eliminated. Still, that itself was wrong, so Duncan was pretty justified to dial the torment up a new level. I understand both sides, and that makes their dynamic so fun.
Courtney was a control freak since she arrived at Camp Wawanakwa, always looked down Harold even when Harold was a valuable team member and laughed at him when Duncan left him naked at the Dock of Shame, so she had that coming as well.
Duncan picking on him was no where near justified even if Harold rigged the votes. Harold admits that he was cold to Courtney but that’s about it. She’s the victim of it to an extent. Obviously Harold was on the defense and owed no loyalty to Geoff, Dj and Duncan who tormented him and any other bystander who had no issue with getting rid of him. Duncan’s action got Courtney the boot so saying that it’s justified to bully someone like they owed you any sort of loyalty is nonsense.

Harold could have easily replaced everyone's votes to vote off Duncan, but he voted off Duncan's love interest, Courtney right as their relationship had started to make him even more angry, confused and hurt. That's brutal, but it was well-deserved.
Harold should rig the votes against Duncan. At least he doesn't care about the game that much, and Courtney wouldn't pick on him for his actions from season 1.

Half of this set up would have the nerd be entirely pure, innocent, and a precious angel (somewhat of a mary sue in some cases) that didn't do anything wrong, and the bully would be a complete jerk with no understandable reasons for their actions, are malicious, cruel, unfair, and brutal and over the top with how much of a bully they are, where it's SUPER OBVIOUS to tell who's who. That's NOT how I describe Harold and Duncan, if anything, they're BOTH just people. Average, morally grey people who are both capable of doing good and bad things. First off, yes, Duncan is a bully, there's no excusing that. He constantly harasses Harold, pranks him, humiliates him, beats him, the whole shebang. He's had it rough as a criminal, and that upbringing has spoiled him into his bad boy image, where this could likely be seen as typical behavior to him. He takes his 'lessons' to the nerd WAY too far sometimes, and we understand why Harold wanted to get back at him, as no one deserves to be treated this horribly or be this miserable. But then when you get down to it... Duncan's actions did make sense. Harold was a bad roommate, he had gross habits, stuff he needed to learn how to control in a public area, and calling him out was entirely justified. I don't think Duncan handled it the best way, but at least he got the message across. Speculating that Harold was raised as an introvert and was barely around other people before Total Drama could be one thing, but while Harold is definitely less bad of a guy than Duncan, and can be a good hearted and loyal guy, he is capable of having an ego. He doesn't comprehend right away a message someone is trying to send, even when told multiple times, he goes on and on about his many mad skills, and can be a creep sometimes. It's a part of what I love about Harold's character that I don't see a lot of people talk about, and that's how ignorant he is of his own faults, which would improve later down the series. Then there's the whole Courtney thing... What Harold did, was WRONG, and there's ZERO excuse for doing that. He deserved to be punished for that, maybe not in the extreme length of being forced to hide and starve for several days before getting beat up with a lamppost, but he deserved consequences for his actions. But at the same time, while you can't excuse his actions, you understand why he felt the need to go this far. He was being bullied, he was practically being abused, and the two adults on the camp were obviously going to do nothing, and if he didn't stand up for himself, he would have been expelled from the island and likely would have never been able to get closer with Leshawna. But what he did wasn't the right way to handle the bullying situation. Cause yeah, I'm pretty sure rigging a game to eliminate your bully's girlfriend as a means of revenge will not only drive that girl into insanity, but make your bully want to torture you even more. Trust me, he learned that the hard way. We understand Duncan's actions from that knowledge of what he did alone, because while obviously we want Harold to win, feel safe for once, and be able to figure things out with Leshawna in peace, we also get that Duncan is a person as well with a very troubled history on his hands, and likely believes this bullying is the right thing to do to help a dweeb like Harold learn. It's kind of tough love if you think about it. Emphasis on tough. So this rivalry is definitely a high in Action. But I will say the Owen Mole kind of ruins this at the end, where not only does he blow the growing bond between the two, but because of Harold's sudden elimination due to finding out about the mole, the plotline is forced to abruptly end without the two characters settling things properly. Like, is depantsing Duncan supposed to be the ultimate payback? Cause I don't think that makes up for the numerous of terrible things Duncan has done to Harold in the slightest. For real, every time I watch Action, I wish these two got a more proper resolution with either them both being finalists or one beating the other to claim a finalist spot. Like, picture these two racing for the second and final spot to the finals neck and neck, Harold is standing up proudly for himself while Duncan is shook up after the breakup with Courtney and how much of his confidence had fallen apart after all he's been through with the season. The race would be to the point where Duncan tries to take out Harold at every given opportunity, for no other reason than he has nothing left in the game than this nerd, even venting to Harold about it when trying to tear this guy down and every flaw and insult he can think of, and in the process, admitting how the nerd has put up with him this whole season, and Duncan doesn't understand it, but he kind of sort of envies Harold. Despite that, at the last stretch, Duncan would try to shove Harold off the course to claim the last trophy for himself, only for Harold to get back up (maybe using a num-yo to swing at Duncan to hit him in the 🥝 as a callback) and trip up Duncan to drop the trophy before he can grasp to it, and Harold catches it to claim the finalist spot. Despite losing to him, Duncan accepts that, confessing his respect for Harold. The dude's got mad skills, he can only really hope to have that sort of strength in his mind. Harold would help him out despite everything, and maybe even admit how Duncan was right about him, and his faults, as they both have some growing to do as people. And before Duncan would depart from the competition, he and Harold would accept each other as equally powerful rivals. It didn't have to play exactly like that, but that's what I think this rivalry deserved as it's resolution. Harold and Lindsey as finalists for Action, anyone?
It's true that Harold isn't 100% innocent, but it's kinda clear why he has an ego: according to his bio, his classmates make fun of him and his siblings think little of him. If he had the chance to meet new people, of course he would behave like the popular guys who pick on him to mask his insecure personality. As for behaving like a creep, at least Harold didn't ask for a girl's bra or sniffed at her hair as Cody. As for Duncan, I personally like to believe he became a bully because Mal bullied him in juvie, so when he arrived at Wawanakwa Island, he decided to target Harold as he physically reminded him to Mal. If Duncan had been nice to Harold since the beginning (he was already pranking him even before the underwear incident, which is double standards as Leshawna did the same and no one pranked her), as Harold did try to be his friend when Chris said that they could make friends in the competition, their conflict would have never happened

Harold>>>>>> duncan and Courtney Duncan made harolds experience on the show like a living hell, even after he said he would stop he didn't, duncan deserved to get voted out and harold and lindsay should've been the finalist for action
He could have replaced Heather as the first season's villain if the writers opted to drop her during the merge: realistically, Heather should have been voted off by that time in the game.
You know what makes Harold even more OP in my opinion? He's left-handed. Both his deadly blows to Duncan were with his left hand and given how many people percentage-wise are right-handed, I find that makes him even more OP!

Duncan is lucky to have her
Phantom Jibanyan6 ew she’s like 16
I love how Harold is based off of one of my favorite movie characters. Napoleon Dynamite.
I’m glad that Harold punched Duncan in the face. I consider it payback for all the pain and suffering that he put Harold through.
I hate that people are mad at Harold for getting Courtney out. Duncan was so mean to him and Harold didn’t do anything wrong.
Harold was a bad roommate whole left his clothes all over the floor he deserved what was coming
@@olilondonisabum7170 yeah Go team Duncan.
@@olilondonisabum7170 I get that but I don’t think he needed to be tormented for like 8 weeks
Well it’s bc Courtney didn’t do anything to Harold so he had no right to mess with her
Harold>>>>>> duncan and Courtney
Duncan made harolds experience on the show like a living hell, even after he said he would stop he didn't, duncan deserved to get voted out and harold and lindsay should've been the finalist for action
Imagine an ark where he just gets tired of everyone teasing him and snaps and becomes the villain of a season
Scarlett but Harold. I like it
Harold adorns a trenchcoat and steals his uncle’s mac 10
He could have replaced Heather as the first season's villain if the writers opted to drop her during the merge: realistically, Heather should have been voted off by that time in the game.
@@joaquinbarboza3223 That's not all. Noah deserves to reach the merge, and Harold should rig the votes against Duncan.
@@mariodobrev3105 Agree.
Duncan: picking on harold for what he did to courtney
Me: Dude, he was trying to get back on you bullying him that much, when will you learn
Harold has the same Power as Shaggy...
When Harold rigged the votes and got Courtney eliminated I had mad respect for the man
Yep!
The fact that Duncan literally won Action after all the shit he put Harold through was the biggest load of bullshit I’ve ever seen.
cause Duncan was one of the writers guilty pleasure alongside Gwen, Owen & Heather, those 4 unnecessarily did too well is the show
@@genuinelyjames4821 what about Beth
@@Tari_10_EditzBeth wasn't the one that participated in 4 seasons and managed to make it to the merge in almost all of them
@@EvilMeganium oh, I was talking about season 2, sorry
@@Tari_10_Editz Ohh, makes sense
Man I remember I was 11-13
(Good times)
I was 7 years old when this show came out
Darren Beale 2007 was when it came out in Canada, and 2008 was when it came out in the US.
I was 5-6 years old when this came out such a great show

Thanks

That’s not juice!
Oh oh my mistake, dude. We must have confused it with the kitchen grease.
7:50 finish him
Fatality
@@MasterZodpod Harold wins
You forgot 9:40
Harold is definitely stronger than Duncan.
@@Andres-0317 duncan pick up owen so i dont really think so
God, we’d never see a show like this today
You know what makes Harold even more OP in my opinion? He's left-handed. Both his deadly blows to Duncan were with his left hand and given how many people percentage-wise are right-handed, I find that makes him even more OP!
5:47-5:49 Harold is so going to marry Leshawna.
I mean. Duncan was my favorite and will forever remain it. Harold was my second and it's always pretty funny when he does dumb junk.
Ur top 2 r my top 2
6:00
Dunc, you can whine about Harold licking Courtney off, but after you kept messing with him in Island, you had that coming
Yeah, kick his ass Harold. LeShawna would be proud of what you did. #TeamHaroldForTheWIN
Best fued of the entire series, both my favourites going at each other and respecting one another 🔥
I loved Duncan and Harold's interactions. At the end of the day they were kind of bros
9:42 Talk about his girl YOU GET THESE HANDS!!!!
This is my favorite rivalry in the series 😁😁😁
“This is the real world virtual loser” the way he said that I can’t💀💀
10:18 literally jojo reference
CRAKA VOLLEY
Harold: He made a JoJo reference before JoJo references were cool
What y’all know about skibidi toilet
Which condition Harold has?
@joaquinbarboza3223 Hiper or Hipoglycemia
2:44 That sound cracks me up every time ☠️☠️☠️
9:23 I hated Chris and Owen in total drama action sabotaging friendships if Owen didn’t sabotage or refuse to listen Harold and Duncan would have their conflict resolved and be friends and no longer enemies
Hate chris more. He's the producer but he sabotage friendships and relationships.😠 The biggist manipulater in history. Yeah the constants are 16 years of age, but they are technically still kids. 😐Chris spent 5 seasons tormenting kids; that's really messed up. If that was another reason why he went to jail, I can see why. For example, just at what happened to poor Ezekiel and Dakota😢
When I originally saw the promo for the Cooking Challenge episode, I thought he was talking about actual biscuits burning.
10:35 Harold sounds like stitch oml-
Dj aren't you the one literally afraid of almost everything?
Dj is a chicken
He didn't even do the first challenge
Irk maybe he got over his fear I think
Harold is Shaggy from an alternate universe confirmed.
More like Napoleon Dynamite considering that he was based on him in terms of looks.
9:44 play this over and over. That sound tho xD
At one point it just starts sounding like something else 😅
11:22 Harold spits facts so hard he could fill a spitoon
Harold is trying to save leahawna from duncan by using his ninja skills but duncan trip harold 4:14
Lesharold 4ever!
9:42 this might just be my favorite scene in any total drama episode ever
1:45, MY BISCUTS ARE BURNING!!!!!!!!!!
8:10 don't know if their reaction is like this because of just the fact of seeing this, or if their just impressed by the size of it, looking at their face, i can think that's quite big... Impressive
Team Harold. Duncan is going through a phase lol
Mario Alonso woah man. Are you really going to swear at facts? Duncan has been nothing but a dick to Harold. Even if he voted off Courtney, Duncan did nothing but make bad decisions with him.
@@user-ul3ek2yr4z thank you for the sub my friend it means a lot.
ITS NOT A PHASE MOM
POV:you just watched this to see harold get revenge on duncan
8:07 Harold really do be packing
Harold sounds and acts like Napoleon Dynamite
That's Because He's Based On Napoleon Dynamite!
7:50 😂😂
Harold VS Duncan as finalists for action would've save that season, or Harold and Lindsay with both Duncan and Courtney being voted off in the final four. Owen returninghas to be one of the worst plotlines not just in Anction but in the entire franchise.
Honestly would've preferred lindsay and harold final and instead of owen rejoining it could be a character who did enter the show like Tyler or cody.i think noah joining would've been cool or tyler. But if we're talking about character who got voted off I would want leshawna to re join
3:45 when me as a child drinking a little amount of wine
Harold: OK WHO'S MADE SMORES OUT OF MY UNDERWEAR!?😂
Me: It wasn't me.
Chris: You make him wax my car too?
Duncan: which one's yours?
Chris:ALL of them😂😂😂lol
7:52 9:40 obviously the best parts
Not DJ talking about harolds mom 😂💀💀
My question is what typa mom writes their kids underwear on the label like somebody else gonna try to use his underwear even if they tried anyway they wouldn’t be able to fit it
@@Kohedacola I know, like who does that
3:51 Personally, this is what i think is the best part of that season
team harold
WOOT WOOT
It seems like everyone hates him, except lashawna. Poor Harold. We will remember him as a good guy and Duncan is a horrible influence and a bad guy. Harold we will remember you as our favorite character.
Now that i look at it, how in tf did Harold NOT see the hot sauce on his underwear? IT WAS FACING HIM 💀
I don’t like how Duncan is so mean to Harold. Harold is so innocent :(
Girls: Duncan looks cool. Duncan is hot.
Duncan looks like a fucking hammerhead shark. With that fin on his head he calls hair
He looks way better as a toddler (Total Dramarama)
Ohhhh when Harold punches Duncan you know it’s bout to get real
3:34. Harold did the right thing. Cause Duncan, gone too far to bullied him
it's harold's fault for leaving his clothes everywhere
@@Some0ne989-y7g one arguing and lesson is enough. Now were bullying further. Which is gone too far
