Should both players have cards with mandatory/optiona effects, the turn player goes first. In this scenario, the turn player controlled Sangan, a monster with a mandatory effect. The other player controlled Peten, a monster with an optional effect ("you can banish it) So the chain would be: CL1 Sangan, CL2 Peten Because of that, Peeten's effect would activate first and not miss timing.
It's nice to have a longer video once in a while. They are great for both sleeping and gaming with the video in the background. Duel Logs was making even 4 hour long ones for sleeping (different kind of content, but still)
I really want the darkest dungeon style of this. You can copy a card, but start the next duel with one less card in hand. Stuff like that would be awesome
Yup. If an effect has a limited amount of uses per turn and the activation gets negated, then you sitll haven't ticked down the count. However if it's activated and the *effect* is negated, then it was sitll activated. It all depends on what the card says. LaDD says negate the activation, not negate the effect.
I do like how MBT tries to bring LADD into a duel vs Doug when Doug has a deck master that can just straight up invalidate it, which for some reason Doug just didnt do and instead used his frogs (which were notorious for outing LADD via Treeborn).

It's not balanced because the campaign isn't m, but it's RNG what you get from packs.
