You see other you tubers that have so much makeup you just kind of wonder how they know what they have and how the use it all and too me it's a waste because you know they aren't going to use 20 different foundations. You've really inspired me to be more comfortable with my makeup and that I don't have to spend an arm and a leg for everything. Thank you so much.

That Mickey coffee warmer, you can also use it for a candle warmer! When you burn the candle all the way down, but still have that 1/2 inch that won't burn anymore, you can use that like a Scentsy type product to get the last of the smell out of the wax and get a few more uses.

Hi Jessica! Thank you for the link for the thicker acrylic drawers because it was less costly. I love clear storage because I can see products easily and use them more. Trying to keep things handy is difficult because there is only so much space on my IKEA vanity, but I do have some deeper drawers in a tall makeup chest that is semi-clear.
You neeeeed to try the manic panic dream tone foundation. It will save you from when you have a foundation formula that you love but it's too dark. It's a white foundation that you mix in when your applying your normal foundation. It seriously saved my life( as you can tell I'm pretty pale). It's pretty cheap too. I bought mine on Amazon for like $10 and its lasted so long! 😍

I'm now so interested in trying these Old Spice deodorant recommendations. One question though....has anyone had an experience with any of these turning your underarm skin dark? Back in my teens/early 20s I used Teen Spirit, Mitchum, and of course Secret and noticed over the years that my underarm skin had darkened. When Dove released their original line my friend shared that it had worked wonders for reversing the skin darkening that she had also experienced over years and frankly it has but I am soooo intrigued by this Old Spice recommendation. I also want to know if it goes on clear/invisible (another reason why I have been faithful in sticking with the original Dove Invisible Soild line)?

Makeup has no rules, only guidelines, but I usually use something very dense for liquids, like a flat top kabuki. Obviously different formulas of liquid call for different ways to apply, but the two that work best for me are a sponge (beauty blender or real techniques miracle sponge) and a flat top kabuki(makeup geek one is great)
Marissa Baney Generally, denser brushes are used for thick liquids and creams, while liquids/powders call for less dense or kind of airy brushes. The denser the brush, they more it's going to buff out a product/move it around
It really depends on what you prefer. There are flat foundation brushes such as Sigma's F60, but a lot of people now prefer kabuki type brushes such as Sigma's F80 or F84 (I'm not from Sigma but just giving you examples. There are plenty of brands that make similar brushes). The one thing you want to make sure of when choosing a brush for liquid or cream products is to choose a brush with synthetic bristles. Natural bristles can soak up liquid or cream products into the bristle cuticle layer, and you definitely don't want that. Other than that, it's really up to you. Experiment to find out what you like.
Love the video and your makeup stash seems manageable. I like that you don't hang on to every single product just cause you got it. Makes sense to switch them out to try all kinds of brands and products.

You are missing out! makeup geek eyeshadows and blushes are awesome worth the buy. I am close to the same skin tone as you. Romance blush from makeup geek is not like any blush you have and is so pretty, 1 of my favorites. I can recommend my favorite eyeshadow too if you like.
A fun palliate I have is called Profusion- Go Glam, bright blue case with black lace, three layers of shadows, and a nice mirror. Have you seen these before? I dkw how much it cost it was given to me but I do like it, a nice range of shades.

I like the elf stipple brush for my revlon color stay foundation or real technique stipple brush
But I don't stipple I buff.

I love tea, too! Yogi has some of my favorites! I mix their Detox, Lemon Ginger and Ginger teas together every night before I go to bed!:)

you should take a pvc pipe holder and it should be a 3 pocket one. then u put the blow dryer or flat iron in it to make it organized.
