Absolutely stunning💛 I’m excited to make these for everyone on my Christmas list. I love very practical and useful gifts🥰 also your fabric choices and clear directions make you my favorite TH-camr✨✨✨✨
What a great little gift for someone..you could also put coffee bags in them & make a nice gift for children to make for end of year gifts for teacher.Thank you Stacey.
I just made this for a friend who only drinks green tea and had the teabags loose in her bag. I gave it to her yesterday and I have never ever had such a joyous reaction to a gift I’ve made. Her reaction at receiving it brought me to tears, that something so small could be so appreciated. So thank you so much for such a great tutorial. ❤❤
I needed a quick gift so I just made this! It’s so cute and cleaver. Can’t wait to give it to a friend . Thx for this video tutorial. I appreciate you.
Very cute idea! Definitely going to make some of these adorable tea bag wallets. I love how simply and clearly you explain and demonstrate each direction of a project…great tutorials. Thank you!😊
This is such a sweet idea. I used this to make inexpensive gifts for a group I attend. Instead of six teabags, I put three teabags on the right side pockets, and in each of the left side pockets I put a sugar packet and a coffee mate whitener packet. That way they had a cream and sugar as well.
I love that you showed to stop and make your stitch length smaller to reach the right spot to turn and continue stitching. No one ever seems to mention doing that. I started doing that, figuring it out for myself, but when you're new, you wonder if that's the way other people do things, if it's right, or if there's some other way or trick to go about it. I've watched SO many tutorials, and it's always just "keep your needle down and turn, continue stitching" but never about adjusting to get to the needle-down spot you ideally want. This is such a cute project. 🙂
I am so excited about finding this video. I have friends that only drink tea. I have found a video to make coffee mug sleeves for my coffee drinkers. Now I can also make something for my tea drinkers, including myself.🎉❤ thank you so much.
10/25/24: This was a wonderful presentation, and I cannot wait to make some for Christmas gifts. It's perfect! Thank you for sharing and Happy Holidays. 😊
@@staceyleecreative 11/5/24: Hi Stacey. Boy, have I been on a roll. I've been whipping them out and have made 23 of them already and storing them away for x-mas gifts in various fabric patterns and colors. These are the best and I LOVE making them, so much fun. Thanks again...YAY! 🤗
Thank you so much for your kind words! 😊 I’m so glad you find the details helpful-I love making the process clear and easy to follow. ❤️ Thank you for watching! ✂️
Making the tea holder and a cozy mug wrap and a cup would be a cute teacher gift. Don’t forget to put the tea in the holder. You can also buy individual honey holders. Great gift.
Lovely! Thank you. Clear and concise with good camera angles and instructions. Going to pair this with a set of mug rugs for winter holiday gift giving.
Thanks Cordula! You are watching a lot of my videos and I really appreciate it! Leaving comments helps the algorithm know you liked it and then it gets shared with more people 🤗
Oh! This could also be used for packets of sweetener, with or without tea, in case the restaurant you're at doesn't have the one you prefer. Or little wet wipes for cleaning your hands... so many things the size of a tea bag or smaller that just get lost in your bag and you have to go digging for. I know a few tea drinkers, but I was thinking of other uses and people I could make these for.
I come from a family where everyone has an entire upper cabinet in their kitchen dedicated to a carefully curated tea library. If someone showed up at my house and said no, none of those 20 choices particularly appealed to me I brought my own. I would be a little bit surprised, but that’s OK.
That sounds amazing. When can I come for tea? Not everyone drinks tea and it sounds like your family might be perfect candidates to receive a Tea Bag Wallet this Christmas 🤗
I imagine this would be great for those times when you order hot tea while out, and they bring you hot water and a choice of tea bags. You might have better options with you in your little tea wallet. :-)
@@staceyleecreative She did love it! And like 30 friends asked for the link after I made a facebook post about it! I hope we got your views up a bit heheh!
Can you please verify the measurements for the inner fabric. I cut mine at 7" x 20" but when I was ready to put the outer and inner fabric together, my inner fabric was bigger than the outer fabric (about 1/2" bigger). I double checked all my measurements for the folds, and they were correct. Thank you! Love these so much.
So glad I found your channel. Super cute & best tea bag wallet tutorial I've ever seen, thank you Stacey! That Ruby Star fabric is perfect for this project, love it! These will make great gifts all year long. Happy holidays from Chicago!
I need you to bring that closer where the loop is when you go to the back of the button. I have put tons of button I mean for 49 yrs since I’ve been married and never seen that technique, thanks.
Hi❤ So adorable. I would love to sew one but to convert inches to cm makes the craziest number. 7 inches is 17.78 cm😅. If you use cm instead of inches do round up to nearest whole number or do you cut it at 17.78 cm😅😅
Hi there, You can round the measurement to the nearest whole number for simplicity. For example, 7 inches is approximately 18 cm. Cutting to 18 cm would work fine. 😊
Absolutely stunning💛 I’m excited to make these for everyone on my Christmas list. I love very practical and useful gifts🥰 also your fabric choices and clear directions make you my favorite TH-camr✨✨✨✨

I am not sure why. Just cut down to the right size. 😊
I have the same problem! I guess “just cut it off” is the answer, or measure it shorter! Didn’t really answer the question!!

Hi, yes they are 😊
