Great review! For some reasons, I'm drawn to the design. Would love to see Venture backpack review from you. I was about to buy the Transit Workpack for EDC and occasional 2-3 day trips. But now I'm debating between the Venture and the Workpack. Which one would you recommend? And which material do you like better, the Baida nylon on your blue Workpack or the Baida ripstop on the navy Venture? I'd really appreciate your opinion!

I wondered if one of the side pocket could fit some small sling bag (Bellroy Sling Mini, Moment MTW, Aer city sling 2, Alpaka tech case...) or some slim organiser ? Thanks for your opinion !
I mean it will fit a 1L nalgene water bottle, so yeah Amy sling that size or smaller should work.
In terms of real world use what would you pick between this and the Beaudoin Foundry Sharky???

I'm going to be very honest, and some people may not like it. The Chimera was a huge miss. The "leather" front is a cheap, bonded leather dressed up in marketing jargon. They could have done a full grain leather panel, like Defy sometimes does, and it would have been way better, especially for the price. The coating on the side bottle pockets reminded me of the cheap coating Timbuk2 would use on their bags in the early 2000s. It cracks and peels after a few months, especially with moisture. The interior pockets: not sure who approved them being mesh, but mesh snags, tears, and loosens. Not good. And to top it all off, for nearly $500 you get a measley 3 year warranty. I'm sorry, what? Bellroy needs to step up and offer a full lifetime warranty, like every other major bag manufacturer does these days.
Really? I’m surprised to hear you feel that way but everyone has different taste and opinions. I think this is one of the best collabs Carryology has made, and one of the best Bellroy bags I’ve ever used.

That bag looks bad. Why not use actual nice looking leather. Good choice with the venture over that thing.
Conversely, the bag looks good. The did something different and the leather looks good. There are people out there who think so.
