    I love knives that have the cutline below the handle, like a chef's knife. Makes it look way way cooler, and improves usability as well.
    These folks have something good going. Awesome knives!

    I have been very good this year (evading capture etc) so I would like the following under my Xmas tree. Is Xmas tree OK, or should I have said 'holiday tree?
    1. More sword videos
    2. Update on the fridge
    3. Silky saw review. The pocket boy.
    4. Ummm....oh yeah peace and good will to all.

    P.S. Cemetery Man is my favorite horror movie that falls in the category of is hard to decribe to my friends.

      @@AdvancedKnifeBro so close...

    • @dongkhamet1351
      @dongkhamet1351 ปีที่แล้ว

      The sheepsfoot, lambsfoot and ramsfoot knifes were conceived in order to trim the hooves of the respective animals who give their names to the knives.
      Viewing a knife's side profile, if the bevel and spine of the blade run parallel, here we have a sheepsfoot. If these lines spread out towards the tip end of the blade, that is a ramsfoot.
      When the spine tips down towards the point of the knife, as in this video, we have a...?
      Certainly we may wish to distinguish between blade function and blade profile. To illustrate: a Wharncliffe knife is a small pocket gentleman's knife with blade geometry especially suited to fine whittling. This is notwithstanding the fact that the Wharncliffe profile has earned itself great popularity within the "tactical" and collectable box-cutter market segments.

    • @AdvancedKnifeBro
      @AdvancedKnifeBro  ปีที่แล้ว

      You're posting your comments under the wrong channel buddy. I don't care. I too can also read Blade forums, then pretend to have known that information long before blade forums came along. When talking about heavily modified modern blade patterns that are no longer used for their original intended purpose and the original terminology is often blurred and misused by makers and manufacturers alike- what is the point? I guess to troll know-nothing TH-camrs like myself.

    I'm so sick of all these knives with big trendy slot holes. It's a massive weak point ! Any flexing of the blade will see the spine ridge snap !
    It's like huge rims and low profile tyres on a truck. It might look pretty but it's nothing but a design flaw.
    It's a big stupid fashion statement....
    On a knife...

    • @AdvancedKnifeBro
      @AdvancedKnifeBro  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Never once had a knife fail there. I’d wonder what one does that makes the blade flex so much there it breaks.

      How would you propose that people find out about this?
      1. Traditional advertising?
      2. Knife magazines?
      3. ?
      Advanced looks at products are nothing new. For years in magazines readers were treated to prototypes- upcoming product launches, and more. Where you see these are now different but that’s about it. Honestly man you can pick and choose what videos you watch. I don’t know if you know that you just don’t have to click on something. There’s so much media and content out there- I’m sure you could find a type that you wouldn’t complain about.
