When I saw you break out the tourch... I did the same thing on all the bondo. I believe that stuff is Rino Shield bed liner. The rust restore comes in a rattle can black and non rattle clear. 12$ a can here at Harbour Freight. Excellent welding skill.
Great work Stephan, there is a B post close out panel that goes in there. I’ll send that pattern today, I keep forgetting. We can chat about it once you get it to explain how it fits in there
Dog leg looks good Stephan - I don't know if there is a panel for the area you're talking about but I wouldn't be afraid to just weld that other panel right over that area - as long as no water gets trapped in there or goes inside the van. Nice work getting it to fit - it's always a bit of work :)
Hi Stephan🇨🇦, Nice work 👍🏻 did all that on bold sides b pillars & dog legs, some work but not to difficult. That black liner is not taer but bitumen with a white rubber liner great you did remove that wel-done, you make great progress🙏🏻. did that beneat my whole car use that shit never again,You can find that how i did that proces in my videos.Geetings Hubertus 🇳🇴🇳🇱☮🍀🇨🇦
I'm finding Dremels are pretty handy where a Die Grinder wont get in the corners! Think I'd just put that piece on not worry about anything else there!
@@pstreetgarage7304 it's coming along I sold my boat so I ordered new headers all of the engine parts that I want to change so I can be able to run my AC and hopefully get rid of this f****** oil leak I also ordered the rear disc brake conversion and the rear coilover conversion
Excellent work but I got to be honest either way you're holding the camera or to my eye the b pillar is ever so slightly bowed towards the back it totally could be My imagination
Well I was looking at that actually. I don't know if it's the curvature. I had a long level on it but it could have shifted slightly when I welded. It's sandwiched between the front wheel arch and lip by the door opening. Will have to check again.
@@pstreetgarage7304 well I totally could be wrong I would put it like this as long as the doors the sliding door and the front door are closing correctly and their gaps look pretty straight I would not mess with it as I rather have good closing doors and pretty straight body lines versus one thing that looks straight but causes problems
@@mr.eswatchreviews I know what you are saying..... I stared at that b post for a long time. Thinking is it off??? is it good??? 😂😂😂 Just need to walk away for a day or so and re check it
