I'd like to see a video about managing Clients' personal accounts vs. their brand pages. For example, I have a client who is very tech-unsavvy, who wants me to manage their personal facebook page, as well as their brand page. I think this might violate Facebook's T&Cs, and also it is liability and info that I don't want to expose my team to (the Client receives personal messages on that account!) How do you approach this issue, Milou?
This is such a great question. This is up to the client. We manage a lot of personal brands. They know our team needs access to the account (depending on their role) and we're transparent about it. It's a common practice and truly not an issue. If anything they can create a separate account and let their friends & family know to contact them there instead.
Clients will have to provide you with content. Long form video content is ideal, but all and any photos & video content needs to be provided on a regular basis to have something to work with and keep it fresh. This is how we show up on their behalf, even on stories.

How are you making content for other people if you can't show your face in their brand?

What are you using to show your phone?
I’m just screenrecording my iPhone while recording myself and it’s edited in :)
