    Hello Guardsman Hanan, I will watching it later, at the moment I have not so much time for watching. I was long time not on your channel. My guard army grows slowly, but I'm not a good or high level painter. I waiting for an order coming next week, one Manticor and one Basilisk. Painting my guardsmans on Parade Level was not the best idea as an beginner painter edge highlighting is rnot so easy. In the future I will build an paint a Baneblade too. Okay at the moment playing games is not possible. keep your good work and stay healthy. Have fun painting your beast (Baneblade).

      Hey, good to hear from you! Good to hear you are slowly painting your army. Don't feel too bad if they aren't perfect, aslong as you are always improving is the main thing!
      Painting the Baneblade will be fun but very time consuming, it's literally the size of 3 Leman Russ tanks!

      @@GuardsmanHanan Thank you Hanan you are right and I'm proud of my Astra Militarum army painting job =) is a lot of fun. Yeah that's true Baneblade is a mammoth project to paint but is a very cool big Tank.

    Wha... what's that? Could it be? Could it really be? It is... it is... IT IS THE BAAAAANEBLAADE!

  • @გიორგიმოსაშვილი-ო3დ

    Please do make a magnetizing tutorial for this one, the variants are pretty cool!
    I'll one day get 2 of these, one for a permanent shadowsword

      haha the track is called 'Artus Groovmacher' by Max McFerren. Its a free TH-cam track although not sure if that exact track is findable.

      Nice one. The weather this week in the UK is warm and sunny, so perfect spray can weather! Im debating whether to run a camo scheme on it but not sure how to make it consistent across the different variants....

      @@GuardsmanHanan mines castellen green with a bit of basic shading, been like that for past year. Don't know whether to do a camouflage colour scheme. My dad's a ex tankie, was in army 12 years in the early 60's, he said most were just dark green unless post desert or artic. Bane blades are old tanks shipped where needed, so green coat and away seems easiest way to go, just looks a bit plain. I know real world stuff is done differently. Just wanted to keep it semi realistic. Can't wait for you to paint it, really looking forward to seeing it and maybe get some ideas. Thanks

      That's cool Jay. Interesting that your dad was a tankie back in the day. What vehicle did he operate in?
      I'm really tempted to just go with a plain mechanicus standard grey like the rest of my vehicles as its super easy. But given how 'special' a Baneblade is, I want to give it a great paint job. I just don't know how I will keep it consistent across the two hulls when I magnestise it....

    Can’t wait to get one one day. Is the size of the model inconvenient? Is it difficult to transport?

    • @jayseddon7525
      @jayseddon7525 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      i did my version with all variations. you can actually store most of the extra variation pieces inside the tank hull when not using them. pretty easily.

      @GuardsmanHanan  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Evan, as Jay says the inside of the tank is huge so you stick all 'the spare parts'. That being said when I one day transport it for games, I will probably need to buy a specific carry case for it....

    Aren't you cheating yourself out of points by taking only 2 sponsons?

      @@GuardsmanHanan So should I make mine with all 4? Or is it no longer wysiwyg?

      @Farquard do u get 4 sponsons in the kit or just 2? (I can't remember) personally i would build with 2 sponsons and then magnetise the other two if possible. Who knows what 11, 12 or 13e will bring for us, so always best to have options. That being said I've played it in a tournament with 2 sponsons and just sadi it has 4 and it hasn't been a problem.
