I’ve been watching your hockey channel for years and just found this one a few months ago. I think you really hit the nail on the head with the “Star Wars Market” aspect of SW TH-cam. Not saying it’s a currently-tested science but I’m pretty sure some Russian, European or North American experiment, probably done with small animals, has reached to the same place the internet has boiled to at this point.
Hate is a strong word, I think it’s a bit far to say everyone hates each other. I think it’s mostly that everyone just has a big ego and doesn’t like to admit fault. So when a debate happens no one wants to admit that they were wrong despite the evidence supporting one side. It also doesn’t help that the “correct” people want to brag and stroke their ego about how they were right. Calling the person who was “wrong” an idiot, or making them feel like an idiot. I saw a guy in a naruto community that just insisted on being so ugly and insulting to people for no blatant reason. If someone shared their opinion, or there was a group of people agreeing on the subject, he would then come in and just act all high and mighty. He’d say things like “why do you dumb fucks believe that that’s how it should be?, people are just so stupid sometimes. etc” it just seemed like he was just doing anything in his power to belittle other people. Even if he was right I believe that it’s so unnecessary to act in such a way. I confronted him about it once and I told him that nobody thinks you’re cool for cussing people out 24/7 for no reason, and just being insulting just because someone disagreed with him or had a different opinion. He told me something along the lines of; “oh i just don’t talk like some little girl, im not gong to baby talk people” smth like that I don’t really remember exactly what he said. I feel it’s people like this that make groups toxic, and I think no matter what we should just be respectful even if someone’s wrong.
For what it’s worth, this channel has helped me to maintain my faith in greater fandom, along with other tireless, labor-of-love creators like EC Henry, SpikeyTortoise and SkyForge. Faced with a slumping interest, you could have easily turned into yet another pathetic grift-tuber who pumps their subs for traffic by exploiting the sh!ttiest contingent of the fandom, but-instead-you’ve put your hustle into producing even more quality content in other arenas, which is practically unheard of in terms of TH-cam mentality. I look forward to another eight years.
Also the grifters have been getting more and more hostile against sw TH-camrs as of late. Everyone's a shill for not following the culture war narrative. Ffs they are starting to cannibalize theory for not agreeing with them 100% of the time and he's one of them
Honestly this is my favorite channel and Ive learned so much about star wars from here, especially love the battle recaps and lore about the weird and creepy things in star wars legends.
Personally my problem with the community and fanbase is simply that everyone just takes it too seriously and too far. I understand that this franchise means a lot to people and it means a lot to me too, but the level of seriousness that people take it to is just too far and gets to the point where people start feeling personally attacked when something they don’t like comes out and then they take that anger out on others. I think many fans need to learn how to dissociate the franchise with reality, especially when other fans or even the actors are being personally attacked in their daily lives
Cheers to people like you and Star Wars Explained for doing lore videos and honest reviews. The biggest Star Wars channels right now are pretty much grifters cashing in on hate and made the community worse for everyone.
Star Wars Explained is the other side of the same coin. They don't dislike *anything* as long as it has a Star Wars logo on it. And that forced positivity is just as useless as forced negativity. I would half expect them to unironically give the Holiday Special a 7/10 if they ever do a review on it. Eck and CoreyLoses will let people know if something isn't their jam. SWE either can't, or won't.
@@austinbaccus Star Wars Explained has made his dislike of TROS and other projects pretty evident. You must be misinformed, if you believe impartial Star Wars commentary is "forced positivity".
No offense but you’re also falling into the “problem” Someone has a different opinion than you about a Star Wars TH-camr and your go to is “clearly your misinformed, I know X and Y” like he’s not misinformed that’s his view and opinion on Star Wars Explained and it’s one I also agree with. I noticed it on the Acolyte where dude had nothing negative to say about the show and yet came out with a video saying “answers to questions/issues you had with the Acolyte”, That basically amounted to “Well Leslie Headland said this in an interview, or viewed it this way”. And like that’s nice but none of what she said or brought up was in the show she herself was in charge of making thus it’s both mute and a failure.
I gotta say I love your channel. I have been a Star Wars fan my whole life and the fact that you have dedicated so much time to sharing Star Sars content with us has been a true blessing. Any content creator that has put effort into this subculture even though it hasn't always been the most profitable has my greatest appreciation.
It is the inevitable fate for lore channels, isn't it? First, we start with major lore, then secondary, and then niche stuff. Even still, it eventually runs out. Active franchises go slower, since new content expands the pool. But it can only do so much. This is why I often believe that lore channels should eventually either diversify, or dig in super deep on background and themes (as opposed to simply sticking with the content by itself).
Its not just the star wars community its most communities, its hard to find places nowadays that arent innundated with cynicism, personal attacks etc. People enjoy hate watching things and being able to say they arent like the other people
"I used to like Star Wars, but then they changed what Star Wars was. Now what I like isn't my Star Wars, and what IS Star Wars is weird and scary to me. It'll happen to you..." Still love your editing and content ❤ stay awesome Eck
@Vidiocity92 Weird scary and it can happen to you was never a main aspect of Star Wars. Star Wars is mainly about action and adventure story telling. For darker sci-fi stuff read some Warhammer 40k or play some of its space marine games you won't be disappointed.
Good. Let it all die. These turds have made a living off of beating the drum about how the franchise is dead for YEARS now, and the fact that they thought that messaging wouldn’t eventually start eating its own tail is hilarious. Star Wars was fine when it was mainstream-adjacent in the 90’s, 2000’s and early 2010’s, and it’ll be fine when it returns to that.
This is my personal favorite Star Wars YT channel! I love Eck's personality, and listening to him talk is calming Idk. Plus, whenever I watch a new episode of a show, when I come to this channel to watch his review of it, usually he ends up having the same opinions as me, which makes me feel really heard 😂. SWE and GT and Geetsly's are all great, but Eckhartsladder is the best, I think. Eck, thank you for everything you do for this community, both for Star Wars and for your fans. I'm wishing you all the best in your endeavors, and I hope you continue to grow and succeed!
I can't speak for everyone, but at this point I'm here for the Justin content, not just the SW content. Love your honesty Eck, and thank you for continuing to make great content over the last 8 years!
Ive been following you for almost a decade now. My college roomate and i used to watch your videos until 3 in the morning most nights. We tried to binge all of your "Mysteries of the Unknown Regions" videos you used to do. Great memories
I love all your content! I don’t always watch everything but I’ve always loved the halo and Star Wars content. Plus I love when you compare other sci fi universes.
Hey eck, I really like the more branching out types of videos. I’ve been watching since the old intro, feels like 2016 but you weren’t active then lol. I love seeing that you still make things work and can still do this job. Additionally, I really enjoy your non Star Wars content a lot more than I used to, it’s encouraging me to get back into reading and is generally refreshing. Love your Star Wars stuff though and I didn’t know the hockey channel was as big as it is!
As a lifelong Star Wars fan, I have to disagree about the lack of movies point. The OT had lasting influence for 20 years before the re-releases leading into the PT and the PT had lasting influence for a decade up until the ST came out (this was of course kindled by all the EU content like the books, comics and most importantly, the great games from LucasArts, RIP). If anything, the amount of sub-par live action content in recent years has hurt the brand more than helped it (movies and TV shows alike) imo. That being said, if the content is really good like Skeleton Crew, where my normie friends can get excited about it, then it may be what the IP needs. That being said quality over quantity in the solution imo.
I think you are doing a great job and yea TH-cam definitely changed but overall I think you are doing a great job and I definitely enjoyed the ride and I looking forward to seeing what you do next
#askeck How do non force users in the star wars universe align themselves with the force? We know that there are people who believe in the force because many characters in the books, movies and shows say "may the force be with you" despite not wielding such as power. For example, in the era of the old republic, who exactly were the average joes fighting for the Sith. How does a typical person in the Star Wars universe choose which side of the force are they willing to fight for despite not being able to use it? If you have taken the time to read this, thank you such much and keep up the amazing work!
Eck, SWExplained, Generation Tech and MetalNerdz are my main go-to SW corner on TH-cam (+ honourable mentions: Skyforge, ECHenry and Kyle Katarn). Thank you, Eck, for being one of the few content creators who didn't follow the trend of the most communities and staying true to yourself! Keep going!
I don't think at this moment star wars is a dying community. There is so much amazing movies shows and games to enjoy and Disney is working on more stuff for it some of it great like Andor rogue one good: such as the bad batch or ahsoka (Notice how I put Ahsoka in the good category, that show has some flaws but that does not mean it is terrible and i will take that opinion to my grave!) and terrible such as the sequel trilogy or the acolyte. The problem now is Disney is taking star wars out of the mainstream and making nothing but exclusive Disney Plus shows which not everyone wants to pay for Disney plus just to watch star wars. My suggestion besides make better content put the shows on tv with ads and make more movies to bring more people into our community. Just because there were some awful movies and shows does not mean star wars is doomed to die. On Halloween I have seen so many kids running around as kylo ren girls dressed as rey without understanding how bad those characters are. There is no reason to get hopeless everyone star wars is not going anywhere.
@@siegel947 probably becuse there wasn’t as much new content back then but now they’re progressing the plot. It’s ripe for lore videos and vs series and whatever u want
@@catcherboy96 The progression of the plot comes with its own problems. I'm just afraid GW will continue being GW and open too many plot threads that it won't resolve (at least not in a couple of decades).
I’m actually shocked that Exk has only been around since 2017, I mean… I was 100% convinced I he’s been around way longer, like since 2012 era. I think that’s a testament to how much content he’s made and how nostalgic his style is.
Now I haven’t watched the video yet, but overall from what I watch Star Wars TH-cam is in a pretty decent place. Unlike loads of the bigger categories there isn’t really a lot of drama here. Mostly just people summarizing stories, going over the info on ships, speculation and what if scenarios, or just giving their points of view on why something in Star Wars is the way it is. Honestly I watch Star Wars content because it’s a welcome break from thinks like the internets constant negativity, or difficult things happening in real life. TLDR: The content makes me happy :)
Not a lot of drama? So you missed the video where all the commenters defended Palpatine, arguing that both he and Hitler weren't actually racist. This fandom has a fascism problem
#AskEck What do you think about Star Wars What-if videos? And if you enjoy it, what would be your own personal favorite Star Wars What-if you would like to make and enjoy?
the problem is, there's just nothing positive enough to talk about. We need quality and consistency, or the apathy will continue until there is no one left to care in any meaningful way
I think expanding upon Philip K. Dick's books and movies would be an interesting area to cover. There are alot of shows and movies that are connected to his work, though most only know Blade Runner and Total Recall. Movies like The Running Man, Blade Runner: Black Lotus, or even Total Recall 2070; a TV that takes more inspiration from Blade Runner but has elements of the book and film. In fact, comparing the films and books to their respective stories would fit really well within your wheelhouse. Especially with things like the Blade Runner sequel books that are vastly different from 2049 and it's adjacent media.
Did skeleton crew flop?I keeping seeing different sources saying viewership was lower then Acolyte and others saying it was higher then Ashoka and Andor. Anybody know
It's certainly NOT higher than Andor. I mean come on. Read between the lines. It's a flop. That's why what "people are saying" is all over the place and why Disney won't clarify. BECAUSE it's a flop.

#askeck do you think cannon lore or legends lore is better. do you feel one is straight up better then the other or do you feel they are better in certain ways and do some things better then the other. would love to hear your thoughts on this as Cannon vs legends is a big sore spot in the community.
you have an interesting personality and i’ve seen and rly enjoyed the content you make that isn’t all star wars man you should totally branch out to other things/books i don’t always agree with you but i think there’s lots of potential in your work👍
It doesn't help that some Star Wars TH-camrs try to bring others down and that the community is getting increasingly toxic. Luckily they're the minority, the majority of Star Wars fans I have met have been kind
There's good parts and bad parts of Star Wars TH-cam. I tend to stick to more niche topics that interest me instead of trying to be everywhere at once.
#AskEck How long does the usual battle in Star Wars take? While I can imagine that the Battle of Hoth was fought in less than a day, are there also instances of battles which lasted days, maybe even weeks?
Honestly when it comes to Starwars it gets me frustrated seeing Disney mismanaging a beloved IP. What they were given was pure gold on a silver platter and it feels they have just repeatedly been dropping the ball and managing to screw up what was basically handed to them
As someone who watches you both for Star Wars and hockey content, would you ever consider combining your interests and doing a "Sports in Star Wars" video or series? Like did you know (in Legends) there were sports called Water Hockey and Null Hockey?
Eck I’ve always randomly had this question, what’s your opinion on Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul? If you haven’t seen them I definitely recommend them
#AskEck I've really enjoyed a lot of the videos about other sci-fi/fantasy/cosmic stories, such as your Lovecraft ones. I wonder, would you be interested in talking about the broad strokes of the kinds of things that make these stories interesting. If any of your viewers are aspiring writers and storytellers, what do you think could make a story in the vein of Dark Empire, which combines some cosmic horror and sci-fi, enjoyable to read?
Having different things, that you also enjoy is a really good idea. The sports ones I think are even more as while Star Wars is great we see it when it gets no real buzz about it. Unless the channel is about Star Wars Skeleton Crew doesn't seem to get any notice, though I'm hoping some people are maybe just waiting for it to finish then binge. #askeck How would you design a the faction? It is created after the battle of Exegol and is 10 systems large. How is the political power divided between central and systems? What is your military organization, and is their a focus on any land &/or space vehicles? Is there a law/training on Force users? Droid rights? What type of Government is it?
I know nothing about hockey, marvel isn't very popular for me lately but I might watch a video or two. I kinda understand why you gotta adapt, smart and it's better than dying with star wars but it feels a bit lonely. Maybe the nostalgia of better times? Anyway, wish EaW had multiplayer campaigns for mods. It would become way more popular, although people would struggle to finish it in one go.
Rant coming up, and I hope you don’t take it too personally Eck. But honestly, for me, a good chunk of why Star Wars content (esp on this channel) is losing appeal to me is that too many video titles &/or thumbnails seem too desperate to grab clicks, and my brain is just instinctively starting to turn away from them, which affects the algorithm, which causes me to miss out on actual good content. Just looking at this channel’s uploads from recent months I see titles like “I hope Disney is paying attention”, “this was a complete waste”, “this homie’s death”, “this is so dumb”, “was this nonsense?”, which tell me LITERALLY NOTHING about the content of the videos (whether it’s lore, storytelling review, business practices, fandom health, etc), and my brain immediately thinks “being this grossly vague just screams of desperate clickbait, and I don’t want to waste time seeing if it really is, so no thanks”. As a result, I missed out on recommendations for videos like “rebels before the x wing”, “old Star Wars comics”, “building the perfect New Republic fleet”, “y wing lore”, which was a real shame bc I honestly would’ve clicked each of those right away, and yet I never would’ve seen them had I not visited your channel’s “recent uploads” after taking a chance to click on thois video after what seemed like a whole year of not getting suggested your videos. So I guess here’s my #AskEck : Why are some of your video titles to-the-point about their content, while others are more conspicuously vague? Do certain title formats appeal more to the algorithm &/or views? Are you forced to cut titles shorter than you otherwise would prefer? Do you like inserting a bit of mystery/intrigue into your uploads? Does it depend on your mood that day? Is a friend/coworker titling some videos while you title others, leading to a mix of styles in the titles/thumbnails that appear on your channel? Sorry for the long post.
The reason why I don't watch Star Wars videos that much anything is because of how bad the community has become. Almost everyone is just so angry and toxic that it makes all discussion misserable. It's now all about hating literally everything new that comes out for even existing and stupid culture war debates. I am convinced that a big section of the Star Wars fanbase will have a meltdown over literally anything because hating stuff brings in views.
Hey Eck, I wanted to know if you had an opinion on the current realm of star wars content creators. In my opinion, the conversation has gotten increasingly polluted by bad faith actors since The Last Jedi, not because they dislike the last Jedi, but they are grifting negativity and pumping out massive swaths of anger and hate filled content aimed to stir up the most vile of emotions against others. I say this, because I find the realm of conservative "media critiques" like the Critical Drinker, Nerdrotic, Geeks and Gamers, and their various organizations to be particularly damaging to this fandom's overall health. Another channel I've found increasingly distasteful is Star Wars theory, who not only seems to enjoy the precense of said conservative media grifters, but also, to my observation, has been riding the hate wave as hard as others (whilst constantly trying to sell products). The only channels I find still healthy areGeneration Tech, Thor Skywalker, and you. (Not counting those mass-media review channels like New Rockstars) If you have something in mind, I would like to hear your opinion.
I’d go out on a limb and guess it was the year after TLJ came out. It was far from the BEST year for Star Wars YT, but the proliferation of grift-tubing negtards whose entire content model is drawing devil horns on KK for their thumbnails was unprecedented.
Been rewatching the Disney shows with a clear conscience and the way we treated book of boba fett is sad they gave temura and he’s the face of the clones he was literally our direct line to clone troopers and because of the way it was received and this is the Mando verse era of course he’s gonna show up in it acolyte episode 5 was insane the gay witches in it shouldn’t be a problem or surprise considering there’s a whole planet full of gay witches (dathomir) Mando szn 3 isn’t the typical Mando mission of kill big animal save kid and get bounty but it literally ties the MANDALORIAN people back together those who didn’t watch clone wars just don’t understand the owls and the remnants of death watch joining forces and skeleton crew is so good I also enjoyed ahsoka but hadn’t watched rebels yet I’ve watched all their is I truly enjoy all it some more than others but there’s not a single piece I dislike why would you it’s nothing but expansion of universe I’ve read books comics played majority of the games if I could change anything of recent Star Wars if they’re giving us live action karrstan give us live action doc aphra but yeah if acolyte was released in 2004 and they put Green Day over it people would be like THIS IS STAR WARS. Rant over goaded if you made it this far
#AskEck I really like when you talk about obscure lore from the West End Game RPG books. I was wondering if you could talk about a lesser known claimant for the Imperial throne: Ederlathh Pallopides from the Dark Empire Sourcebook
#AskEck Considering the comment you're responding to and stuff around the late 6minute area, how about that Sarah Connor Chronicles breakdown video? Still plan on making that one? I don't exactly how long it's been, but I've been subscribed to this channel for a very long time. Definitely in the early days. I love that older content focused on the lore, I would binge that shit for hours. Star Wars YT specifically is in a weird spot right now, lots of different factions so to speak. I feel like Acolyte was the catalyst or breaking point if anything. We have neutral channels like this, lore based stuff, we have channels that hate on everything Disney SW, there's moderately critical channels, a surprisingly large contingent of woke channels, then there's channels that just love everything SW at face value. It's all over the place. There's something going on with Skeleton Crew though, I've noticed a lot of big channels have been real fast and loose with their speculation on this show. Like bordering on Mike Zeroh level of wild speculation.
If ur interested in Dune I wouldn't mind hearing ur opinion on that universe. I recently got into reading and I really liked the first Dune book. It's super bleak compared to Star Wars but its an ok comp I think.
#AskEck Have you considered doing a break down of the Planet of the Apes series or Godzilla? They would do quite well, if they are your jam as a content creator. You could also consider Jurassic Park (related properties) or Predator (related properties) especially since both have "highly" anticipated films coming in 2025.
#askeck Hey, Eck, a while back ago, you mentioned doing Ace Combat lore videos. Would you be willing to explore that idea further? Thanks for being a great youtuber.
#askEck Hey, any chance you would consider a mini series of a Warhammer 40k series. Could just be something as easy as you trying to understand the lore of the series.
I think that lowering the upload schedule could help with increasing views with non fans because a normal consumer does not care about you they only care about entertainment. but hey I’m just a random person on the internet so do what you want.
#askeck In season 6 episode 1 of TCW. We hear general Tiplee mention a rumor of an anti clone virus. Could this be related to the clone gas Dr. Hemlock uses in the bad batch?
@@austinbaccusnah, the holiday special is overhated. Yeah it ain’t good, but it’s kinda fun bad. Unlike the sequels it’s a fun watch.
Machinima and actually using that lore to write stories is an untapped resource
Its not just the star wars community its most communities, its hard to find places nowadays that arent innundated with cynicism, personal attacks etc.
People enjoy hate watching things and being able to say they arent like the other people
EckhartsLadder is the best SW TH-camr hands down.
You are my go to Star Wars channel
"I used to like Star Wars, but then they changed what Star Wars was. Now what I like isn't my Star Wars, and what IS Star Wars is weird and scary to me. It'll happen to you..."
Still love your editing and content ❤ stay awesome Eck
@Vidiocity92 Weird scary and it can happen to you was never a main aspect of Star Wars. Star Wars is mainly about action and adventure story telling. For darker sci-fi stuff read some Warhammer 40k or play some of its space marine games you won't be disappointed.
I always love checking in on your content every once in a while!
Another channel just made a comment about this - the fandom is dying when even the hate videos start slowing down.
Appreciate the shout out at the start! (TheCancrizans)
I enjoy your NBA videos 😄 listening to u explaining basketball lore is honestly just as good as your Starwars vids I used to watch growing up
As an Alien fan, I will 100% support Alien content here. That's my franchise even over Star Wars

@Xenomrph What about the bonus situation?

Ive been following you for almost a decade now. My college roomate and i used to watch your videos until 3 in the morning most nights. We tried to binge all of your "Mysteries of the Unknown Regions" videos you used to do. Great memories
Note to mention the sheer amount of slop channels using ai.
I love all your content! I don’t always watch everything but I’ve always loved the halo and Star Wars content. Plus I love when you compare other sci fi universes.
I love anything you put out on this channel, and I'm especially living for more scifi content. Love the lore always since 2017.
Oh! Can't wait to see the Interstellar video! I hope it's soon!
People need to realize that there's no such thing as "the community"
Love this channel, have for a while now. Whatever you post, I’m here to watch!
I've been following your channel since those early days. I do miss those old lore videos. But I still enjoy your channel and content.
Keep going!
Tell you what, I'd really enjoy seeing videos on Dune and it's extensive lore.
Eckhartsladder is peak SW youtube
I have absolutely enjoyed the non- Star Wars content you’ve uploaded here.
Eck u gotta do more warhammer. It could explode w the amazon series coming
I was wondering why he lost the passion for the Warhammer 40.000
@@siegel947 probably becuse there wasn’t as much new content back then but now they’re progressing the plot. It’s ripe for lore videos and vs series and whatever u want
A whole Eckhammer on the different settings, his views & thoughts, and if he got into the minis him growing & showing his army.
28 seconds ago is crazy
Factions compared idea sci fi insect swarm. Such as Tyranids, Arachnids, Zerg, Rachni, Terminids.
You’re the best, so only you get to talk on it
I would love to see you cover EVE Online lore, and other space sci-fi game universes.
#AskEck
What do you think about Star Wars What-if videos? And if you enjoy it, what would be your own personal favorite Star Wars What-if you would like to make and enjoy?
You, geetsly, generation tech and lore guy before he disappeared always have the best content with no controversy (star wars theory)
Generation Tech is a g~nocide supporter. That's a pretty big controversy
Dude dnd lore or high fantasy stuff would be CRAZY
Yeah it’s like the dynamic has changed over the years. Especially for TH-cam as a whole.
the problem is, there's just nothing positive enough to talk about. We need quality and consistency, or the apathy will continue until there is no one left to care in any meaningful way
There's always Stargate
Endless potential, lots of real estate to establish yourself
Your channel is still the best
Wooooah had no idea you were Eck as well
I think expanding upon Philip K.
Not looking too great for Halo content atm either, so im happy about the diversity of other content on the channel
Thank you for being honest
Did skeleton crew flop?I keeping seeing different sources saying viewership was lower then Acolyte and others saying it was higher then Ashoka and Andor. Anybody know
It's certainly NOT higher than Andor. I mean come on. Read between the lines. It's a flop. That's why what "people are saying" is all over the place and why Disney won't clarify. BECAUSE it's a flop.
@@johnroscoe2406they release data when its done lmao. All of the data out know aren't official and therefore can't be trusted. The mental gymnastics people will go through to hate something are always insane
Yeah who was saying it was better than Andor?
@ Screenrant. And it’s talking about first episode viewership. I don’t know if that’s accurate, I’m seeing recommendation videos saying it’s a flop.
The grifters call everyone shills now even theory who's one of them lmao
@@ledinyourwalls Then we have Thor who has been called a grifter and a shill simultaneously.
And a lot of people don't realize that your hockey channel was just your personal channel at one point ;)
There's good parts and bad parts of Star Wars TH-cam. I tend to stick to more niche topics that interest me instead of trying to be everywhere at once.
Eckharts i could listen to you yap about how paint dries i enjoy your content for you!
Are there any sports in Star Wars similar to Hockey?
#AskEck
How were the Death Star plans stolen in Legends? I know there were a lot of separate missions but how did they all interconnect?
I wish there was a popular halo game right now so you could also have some halo content again
I know it might not be your thing but I’d love some Warhammer 40K lore videos in your style
#AskEck Have you looked into Star Wars Unlimited the TCG at all? Your thoughts on it/interest in trying it out?
Fandom ruins all fun media
It’s at least 50% complaining by some big accounts.
What year was the bigeest for star wars youtube?
I’d go out on a limb and guess it was the year after TLJ came out. It was far from the BEST year for Star Wars YT, but the proliferation of grift-tubing negtards whose entire content model is drawing devil horns on KK for their thumbnails was unprecedented.
I’d say around 2018-19

All the Disney hate channels are just culture war garbage for the most part. They can be pretty much lumped in with the "woke" channels as you say
#askeck if you had to live in the poor section of any syfi universe which one would you pick and why and how you you survive
#askeck what if the UNSC from halo was in Star Wars what do you think this would happen?
#askeck In season 6 episode 1 of TCW. We hear general Tiplee mention a rumor of an anti clone virus. Could this be related to the clone gas Dr. Hemlock uses in the bad batch? We know he knows the emperor and vise versa. Palps could've been funding this off to the side since he was all about contingency plans
