Not everyone has the space or budget for 50g+ tanks so it's greatly appreciated from us nano-small tank people that you make videos like these, keep up with the amazing content as always, thanks Jason!
I’m absolutely loving this series! I’ve been waiting, waiting, waiting and waiting...trying to figure out what to do with my 29g! As always, thx for the great ideas! ❤️
I had six 2.5-3” calico BN in a 40B... this week I discovered I have 86! I wasn’t expecting breeding until next year. They are so cute. The zebra loaches seem to leave them alone. Now I need more tanks... and more green beans! Super easy to breed. Great suggestions!
I have a breeding pair of angels and they just had their second batch that survived since i did move them to my 29g. the fry just became free swimmers yesterday. Its so awesome to experience this. I'll probably take them to my lfs.
Greetings. Another great video. I presently have discus fish that lay a lot of eggs on my black Cobalt neo-therm. Not ready to breed them but I am sure I will have the opportunity to do so when I am ready to do so. Doing research on how to carry out the process. Briefly on another subject do you think a 36 gallon is sufficient for a quarantine tank? Thanks.
Love my Calvus... also forgot about the Rustys’... been out of hobby too long. Thx for getting me reacquainted..I would also add the brichardi or even the larger yellow variety(forgot name). What’s your thoughts on labidochromus perlmutts?
I'm currently trying to breed my neon swordtails. I got pregnant femals just waiting on my heavly planted 10gallon to cycle to move a female and see what happens
The way I look at it is once I sell them to a store it really is on them where they go. That being said, if you don't like that you could try selling directly?
Except I use no salt and the members of the Chicago Live Bearer Society don't either in most cases. All live long happy lives with great color and lots of breeding.

Prime Time Aquatics can I do these in a 27 gallon pond?
Not everyone has the space or budget for 50g+ tanks so it's greatly appreciated from us nano-small tank people that you make videos like these, keep up with the amazing content as always, thanks Jason!
Thank you - will do!
Great breeding suggestions! Love how you mix it up with unique options as well.

Hope you enjoy your project! :-)
Very informative video. And I really like how you gave different varieties of uncommon fish as well. Great video!
Thank you!
Great topic and some brilliant ideas with superb knowledge of the subject
Great ideas & information. Thanks. 😊
Just bought a new tank and stumbled on your page looking for stocking ideas. You seem very knowledgeable, thank you for the ideas and tips!
Thanks for being here!
Love this series, thank you for the helpful info!
Thank you!
Fantastic fish choices. Great information.🐟🌿👍😄
Great video, I really like your choices.

That is so cool!
Love this topic. Hello from Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean 🇹🇹
Thank you for watching!
Excellent - as always
I love when you do videos for small tanks
Great info. Thank you

Congrats!
@@PrimeTimeAquatics Thank you.
I loved my Calvus. They bred in a 65gal lake tang community tank but it did take a good 2 years before they started breeding. Around 3”
Big time patience. :-)
Great video 👍👍👍
Hi there, I love this series!
What exactly is the black gravel mix in the angel tank? I specifically like that ground.
That I believe was just a lot of Top Fin black sand?
@@PrimeTimeAquatics thank you!
Some really cool fish to choose from 🤓
Always so many options. :-)
Next video you should make a how to make a website for shipping fish or online store

A 36 is more than enough for QT! You should be in good shape! A breeding cone should work well for your discus. :-)
Youre in chicago ? Me too . I love your videos !
Thank you!
Thanks again

Ya the Daffodils are great!
Awesome
I'm currently trying to breed my neon swordtails. I got pregnant femals just waiting on my heavly planted 10gallon to cycle to move a female and see what happens
How many bristlenose juveniles would you recommend getting to ensure getting a pair?
I would go with 6.
@@PrimeTimeAquatics awesome thanks!
Mollys are fun to watch, they rule my tank. Tetras won't cross them.
When it comes to the lemon cichlid (leleupi) how many should he there to breed?
Depends on the size of the tank, but I usually start with about 6 and see how they pair up.
Cool. What's the dimension of the 29?
Around 30 x 12.5 x 18.75
Can I breed African cichlids in a 48 x16 x16 tank.
Definitely
Jason, do you have a fish store?
Nope - just a fish room where I do a little breeding and selling at swaps and auctions. :-)
@@PrimeTimeAquatics that's awesome. Love how dark the fishroom is!
Is it possible to tell me what fish eats snails for a tank overrun by them and just has guppies in it? Thank you.
With guppies your best bet might not be a fish, but assassin snails?
@@PrimeTimeAquatics Never thought of that. Thank you
Sir which is your favourite fish except flowerhorn and arowana ? Mine is geophagus.
I like shell dwellers and geophagus!
Brought super red bushy nose to two LFS,Professor is it a good thing that most of them are going home with owners or employees?
The way I look at it is once I sell them to a store it really is on them where they go. That being said, if you don't like that you could try selling directly?
Why are tanganyika fish so hard to ship ? 😅
They are sensitive to ammonia and changes in temperature.
You’re from chicago ? WTH have I been doing , do you guys have a shop ?
No we don't have a shop. We sell at local GCCA and Greenwater swaps and auctions when they happen.
What is that fish in the thumbnail it look gorgeous
That is Neolamprologus leleupi
@@PrimeTimeAquatics thanks mate
To put this to bed...mollies really need a little salt to do well...really difficult to breed it out of them!
Except I use no salt and the members of the Chicago Live Bearer Society don't either in most cases. All live long happy lives with great color and lots of breeding.
Hey man it's actually Altolamprologus calvus
👍🏻👍👍😍😍
