And if it is important then plz tell how to improve it
You do not need to have a good spoken English with proper grammar to clear the test. The aim of the test is to check for fluency and stammering while reading instructions. You will be given a sample of instructions to read for the voice test. If your voice is clear, fluent and you do not stammer, you will be allowed for the interview. If you want you can practice reading aloud in front of a mirror or to someone to see if you are clear and fluent. You can also find samples to read for AAI voice tests online and practice from them.

No there isn't. There is document verification and ten direct selection based on cut offs.

There is no voice test for the post of AO. If you apply for ATC, then you have to go through a voice test.

For the post of Junior Executive (Airport Operations), Light Motor Vehicles License is essential. Temporary/ Learning License will not be accepted.
