- Check out this rough, pre-creation of the upcoming Donkey Kong Coaster attraction coming to Universal Studios Japan & Universal's Epic Universe. The coaster uses a new design from manufacturer Setpoint, which will give the ability of 'jumping' track segments as seen in the popular gaming franchise.

Also I'm hoping that this will be this coasters on ride theme.
I wonder how audio will be incorporated into this ride, if there are sound effects for whenever you jump or hit the rails beneath you that would really go a long way in immersing you even more. Like some metal clanging when you land, or the sounds of your wheels screeching when they go over a rough bit of track.
most probably there will be very immersive onride audio :D for sure a lot of potential there to up the ride even more

Setpoint are a pretty underrated manufacturer imo. Shame we never got to see their Over The Top coasters…
Unfortunately they keep cramming parks into urban areas instead of utilizing land just outside the major cities.

If it'll have such small 4 person cars it's gonna have a terrible long queue line and slow capacity
If it can have many carts on the track at once I bet it'll be able to do more than you think. And it would be continuously running the carts so they wouldn't be stopped very long to unload and load, especially if they had a separate unload and load area like Hagrid's does.
