If I had my own company, there would be no dress code, even for client-facing employees. As long as you wore something that could be described as clothes, didn't show your intimate parts, didn't show poor hygiene, and didn't have any hate speech-type markings on your apparel, anything would go, and none of my managment would have the authority to reprimand anyone for their attire.
