What if you want to take a vacation? Or what if you need a day off for an appointment or sonething? Do you tell parents you're closed a certain date(s) or is it a good idea to hire another licensed childcare provider to fill in for you while you're gone?

Hi! In the state or CA you have to be able to show proof that the pups are fully vaccinated and up to date. It's up to you if you want the pups and kids to have interaction! I'm not sure about certain breeds though. I don't own any pets. Hope this was helpful!
Could you share with us where we can find out about prices. I'm having a hard time deciding how much to charge
You can always go on the CA education website to see what the states rates are but my best advice is calling around to providers near you. Pretend you're a parent if you need to. Also, Take in account what services you will be providing and remember to never underestimate your work! Being a childcare provider can get mentally and physically draining. Even if you are just starting off, you don't want to charge too little.

I'm located in California what is the education requirement. Do I need to have an AA or Batchelors?? Also do you accept childcare vouchers from the state??
How many children should we care in a home? Is there a limit?
It all depends on your state and sometimes county. In CA we are allowed up to 8 kids but two have to be school age and no more than 2 kids may be under two years of age. Hope this was helpful!
