I'm glad you ask! No, that is not correct, you just have to have 2 years of experience working in a childcare center, licensed/registered home, or working with children directly (like in a school). You don't have to have previous administrator experience; however, you do have to meet certain educational qualifications.

Yes, you can. The only way having CPS called on you will conflict with getting licensed is if they found that you were abusing or neglecting a child in your care. Merely having someone call and the allegation being ruled out is not enough to hinder your licensing progress.

Yes, you can but it depends on your lease agreement. Licensing does not control or even check for that.

It seems that you may have the education, but you also need 2 years minimum experience in the childcare setting.

U need not do the modules. I just checked it. It's just the pre application class
So if you do the modules online to get the certificate, do we still have to go to the in person pre-application class?
Yes, they are 2 different requirements.
