The ear wax does look like cheese whiz, which would make sense since cheese is actually something to put in a taco. Also, all three people in the tubes were with Jamie on All That at one point prior to this.
Wouldn't surprise me. Lisa Foiles spilled the beans that when she had to chew used bubblegum, it was actually mushed up Starburst. Some of the On Air Dares would have been too dangerous to perform for real, so it makes sense that they had to fake them.
I feel like these weren't all the segments like some of the reviews were left out and didn't get to see Jack and Jamie actually eat the earwig tacos. I didn't even get to see Jamie getting covered with eggs on one of the other videos and pretty sure there was another one with Jack with a sumo, Chelsea getting her face covered with cow snot, Shane wearing a helmet full of bugs, Givaninie drinking a clam smoothie, Kyle giving a pig a bath and Jamie swimming in garbage.
